Other than the Inn and Ferrystone costs, these seem really pointless outside of the performance fixes. And the price issues with Inns and Ferrystones wouldn't even matter if chests respawned the way they do in the first game imo.

Hopefully this means a DLC is still coming that can fix the game and give us something to do lategame like BBI did.

It worked for the original game which also had the problem of having no lategame except for the everfall bosses you could farm.

Can't get over the fact they added in some useless transition animations for running and idles for pawns. Oh but you get the box art armor now

Just add the eternal ferrystone back in. I haven’t touched the game since February, waiting for them to fix things. I’ll know it’s ready when I can fast travel freely again, I’m not going back to living in 2011.

Nihil 0.0, a relatively prominent Youtube man for the Dragon's Dogma community, mad another video talking about how lacking DD2 is compared to DDDA. This led to an argument in his comment section that went to interesting places.
Cringe, or Infinite Cringe, was a really popular DD Youtuber that quit recently. She claimed it was toxicity, but Nihil asserts it's because she couldn't make bank off it.
The argument ended with Nihil giving his thoughts on the Jewish Question.

I love how they had to add the armor on the cover in a patch. This really is just Bannerlord all over again, but this time without the promise of some sort of savior mod to rescue the game from being forgotten entirely.Can't get over the fact they added in some useless transition animations for running and idles for pawns. The BASED and REDPILLED data testing content creator vs the cheap meme algorithm whore. Worth noting that the fanbase hasn't had an issue with "toxicity" until roughly around the time 2 came out and people who liked 1 started criticizing it. His video is not even insincere. If anything it's pretty fair compared to what most have had to say.

Unfathomably based from the only good Dogma Tuber besides Champion's Crucible.
Which I'm pretty sure they only did because people complained about it during that little survey that went around a while back. That'd be like not being able to get the Elite Knight set in Dark Souls.
Nihil is extremely fair, for sure.

I'm no marketing guru, but tossing out nearly 50% discounts on a game that's not even 6 months old seems like a bad sign.
I was expecting a niche sequel to a niche title, not a fucking crater you can see from low orbit.

Not to be pedantic, but it's ~8 months and it's just marketing pragmatism.
Anyone who would've played it, did it and moved on.
Right now, they're lowering the price to catch stragglers on the tail end.
I've said it before, but I don't judge a single player game by player retention.

Agreed. Plus the game really didn't get any good word of mouth so it's not surprising. No one is gonna pay 70+ dollars for a game when the most anyone says about it is "meh. First games better and way cheaper. This one looks nicer though".

Checked Nihil's channel and he's been doing videos on dishonored and fucking dragon age inquisition. Even the Dogma sweatlord himself moved on. Last dogma video was a month ago which is like a century for this dude

Only rumor I ever saw was some random bullshit about going to a snowy region and some working title like "dragon princess/snow princess" or some shit.
Either way, I personally don't think any dlc is particularly likely. Certainly not with Monster Hunter Wilds just around the corner. I'm sure CC wants as many hands on deck for that release as they can to make sure shit goes as smoothly as possible since that's their bread and butter now.
After Wilds though? Maybe more of a possibility. They do claim that the game exceeded expectations, but that could also mean they expected another DD1 situation where it takes 10 years to sell 6 million copies. Itsuno had also said this game is exactly what he envisioned, which to me sounds like he feels the game is complete as is.
But Itsuno's 2nd in command was the guy responsible for Dark Arisen and Dogma Online. So who knows. He might have say in what happens now that Itsuno is retired.

Nah, I miscalculated and thought it released in March, not May. Still, it's a smart decision, and I'm not exactly accustomed to Capcom being smart.
