Dude, then why would he mention meeting up with them at all? Do you seriously see the allegation and his response side by side and think there's no reason to believe he might have tried to meet up?That would make sense if Dr disrespect was responding to someone directly which he was not. He was addressing allegations in a post written or guided by lawyers in all likelihood. You're drawing conclusions for yourself based off what Slasher has accused. You don't have to address every possible worst case accusation in your PR statement. If Slasher is to be believed here and that is what happened, as you suggest, we should also believe slasher saying he was reported to NCMEC. If there was real intent to meet up at twitchcon that certainly sounds illegal and worth pressing charges for. Unless you think NCMEC is in on this and is protecting dr disrespect for... reasons.
As for the police or any other group investigating, I have nfi, and I read the claim from the initial allegation from that faggot that had baited about revealing it all for years.
FWIW my guess has always been that the messages didn't involve sexting or talking about hooking up, but sexual topics or innuendo etc were touched upon and there were talking about plans to meet at the convention (possibly had made plans but they fell through for any number of reasons). All in all, inappropriate stuff that a content creator just shouldn't be talking about privately with an underage fan, even if there was no literal plans to fuck them at comicon or whatever. IMO if events unfolded like that then it fits closely enough to both the allegations and the response.
