Just came here to say the same thing. Must have been quite a few because they first asked to un do the netshield and I didn't email back. Then they came back and said hey should work!
 
Yup got the same email from this Aaron guy. I think after my last email the CS that was handling my ticket for almost 4 months went crying to management and didn't wanna talk to me anymore. LMAO I jest, if only.

We fucking did it.
Fuck yeah.
 
Works through Apple iCloud Private Internet Relay.
Works through AdGuard VPN on standard AdGuard VPN DNS servers.
 
My response was sent at the exact same time as the screenshot. Looks like they bunched up the tickets and just resolved them all at once, so they were aware of something going on. I feel I must have complained about this once before in a customer survey or something, but I guess a minicampaign is what you need.
 
Not sure if this has been noticed or said earlier by someone but trying to get emails from the farms with a proton email doesn't seem possible. You cannot reset your account password here if you have a proton email, at least I cannot.

That's strange. I had no problems doing that when all users needed to reset after the last data breach.

Mind you, that was some time ago - I suggest using "Talk to staff" - perhaps Null can send it manually or something.

Also, good job everyone involved in wearing Proton down and spreading awareness of their practices until they were forced to fix their shit!
 
@Null We are unblocked on Proton, see email below., tested it and it works on my end.
