Donald Trump is old and likely over 300 pounds. He’s claimed to have never taken drugs or drink alcohol since his brother died from addiction but I guarantee you he takes all kinds of prescription drugs for blood pressure and diabetes and shit like adderall and modafinil to perk him up throughout the day.
This is part of the reason I love PsychicPebbles' impression of him. That little suck of air he does is a bit of nuance that goes a long way towards making his impression believable. The same people would be fully happy to consider Biden a lolcow. It's not a matter of who's the better politician, it's the matter of who acts like more of a fool. Biden is just a stupid, boring old man but Trump is a stupid, entertaining one.
