Like there was worship of Trump, but there was more of a joking nature with it and it was still a meme with how he destroyed the other Republican candidates.

The first point has been a noticeable trend amongst conservatives for years now. That’s why you have people on the left saying things like “every accusation is an admission of guilt” or stuff to that degree.

On teleprompters, i’m mixed on their usage. Some people just aren’t natural orators and can’t eloquently explain complex issues on the fly in a speech or other presentation.

Lord knows I sometimes struggle when i have to explain to a client why “no, that totally original feauture can’t be done in a day and why we’re not going to ask one of the engineers to sacrifice their weekend to make it so”. So I’m not about to criticize someone on this, outside of people like Trump who think they’re an oratory legend but actually a rambling moron.

I honestly can’t see the DNC doing that. Maybe having the uniform on stage, but of course Trump has to one up normality. I’m kind of surprised Democrats haven’t tried to make this like Clint Eastwood and the chair.
