I believe it's lime zest and cilantro and a common use for home made colas. Quite a few home made recopies I've read use Lime Zest in it at least.

I mean, sometimes..

Not generally sweet potato / yam skin, it tends to turn leathery and unpleasant, but regular potatoes absolutely. I didn't vote for squash peel, because for some reason my brain was thinking things like acorn squash and I figured it was another joke option like banana skins, but if you mean like zucchini skins? Sure.

I rarely peel my carrots, either - I just give 'em a good scrub and rinse and call it good.

I eat peanuts with the shells on, does that count as a peel?

As long as it's good and crispy I like chicken skin, bit it has to be crispy - soggy chicken skin is a sad affair. And salt pork with a bit of skin on it is just fine.

I eat orange, lemon and sometimes even banana peel.
Oh, and I'll eat watermelong rind too.
I eat apples entirely all the way through the core.
I mean it's all food, even if it's not quite as plesant as the fruit.
Always make sure to wash them, of course.

Nope. That's compost.

Nothing composts quite as good as your intentines, my friend.

How the hell is that not tearing up your mouth?
I've eaten peanuts with the shells on too, and your mouth isn't what you need to be concerned about.

People that cannot eat apple, pear or any normal fruit skin are the same dislikable people that demand bread crust be cut off. They're finicky, autistic people masquerading as normal people.
