There has been 15850 civilian deaths between 24. February 2022 and 1. May. 2026 thats roughly 10 deaths every day. And we are talking about most intensive fighting on European continent since end of WW2.
According to wikipedo in US there have been 11721 homicides in US back 2025. It does not specify how many people were murdered , but lets be as generous as possible to fat retard and say only one person died per homicide. So that would be roughly 32 deaths per day. So living in warzone is 3 times safer than in US .

Deaths are relatively low because it is really difficult to get your hands on gun in western Europe.

The entire point of the "could have been your daughter" thing is not that she is Ukrainian or that there is a war, but that YOUR COUNTRY is where she died, from a senseless act of violence that could've been stopped had better policies been in place.

"Could have been your daughter" doesn't exactly apply if she is bombed by Israel in Iran or something. But I'm just assuming he's playing dumb to act like the point is absurd.

Working towards a Master's is actually respectable. But they didn't have troon studies when Dev was in school so he had to drop out and pursue that material through self scholarship.

He started doing it when Destiny bragged about it on stream. Dev said it makes him "focus better" but hasn't really explained why. As for his habits, I have no idea but it would explain his psychosis and boiling rage at times.

Also, when a person like Dev claims another person doesn't honestly care about a murder like Henry or Iryna and clearly don't themselves, all it does to me is display (proudly) a stunning lack of empathy. Because these are very much preventable deaths. And these people are now never able to live again.
Kind of like losing your hardcore WoW character, to put it in terms Dev would understand. But without ever being able to play any game again.

Might be why he started suddenly ragging and antagonizing his viewers every stream he did, although that was at the beginning of starting to take those ADHD drugs, they really did an effect on him pretty fast.
I remember listening to some of his streams years ago and the dude literally spent near 30 minutes at the beginning of every single stream basically telling his viewers how fucking awful they were, how they worsen the mood, and how he'll ban every single one of them, accompanied by his excuse that he doesn't need no viewers to live or something.
 
Scrolling through the comments on that video, he was responding to quite a lot, and pretty much 90% of comments were digs at him, his suggestions, or democrats. The great sum of his responses are "the right is bad" or "democrats need to start acting like republicans are evil, because they are evil"

It's actually bizarre to think Dev was so much more level headed years ago. Again, I only feel like his shift to this weird extremist viewpoint happened around the time Destiny had his own meltdown saying Trump supporters deserved to be shot if they were at his rallies (which was around the same time he was pushing the Jan 6th stuff so hard)

He also keeps going into this idea of "perpetual escalation", which is basically Red does thing, so Blue responds with escalation, which causes Red to respond with escalation, in perpetuity. It's effectively wanting the breakdown of any sort of democratic system in the name of accelerationism and a "win" today, at risk of escalating tensions in future. It's pretty vile and makes his opinion little more valuable than a groyper who votes Dem when candidates he would otherwise support don't go full TND right NOWNOWNOW all for the sake of pushing for some inevitable edge that causes everything to clatter to the proverbial floor, broken.

While there a lot of factors to Dev's decline, one of the primary ones is his lack of understanding of the Right. Notice how, for all he says and talks about them, the only motivation he gives the Right is that they're Evil. This is in stark contrast to his coverage of Communism and socialism where he can explain the motivation, the ideology, and the mindset that leads to those positions.

Due to Conservative and Right-Wing Ideologies being effectively excised from Academia, the only people who know how the Right think are those with extensive interaction with the Right. You have to be in the weeds of Right-Wing discussion to know how they think. And Dev avoids it.

Dev is ignorant of the Right, and rather then address that ignorance to better indorm his audience, he chooses to label them as evil due to opposing their position.
 
He's just a selfish retard trying to post-hoc reverse engineer and justify a political system that allows him to not do any actual/uncomfortable work, have everything paid for by others (who do work) and fuck trannies.

Since neoliberalism is based on propaganda and not reality they are stuck making bizarre arguments that attempt to thread the needle but ultimately make no sense, like "trans women are only women if they pass."

You're thinking Liberalism. Neoliberalism is purely economic with a desire to reduce the welfare state. It is a very Capitalist/Corporatist position.

Otherwise, you're right. Dev doesn't like the direction the pendulum is swinging and is futility trying to reject it. But he doesn't understand why this is happening so all his efforts amount to ad hominem attacks towards his opposition.
