It’ll be awhile before something tops the Bankruptcy call and WWE Champions trolling. Hell, even the vest streak wasn’t all that interesting for me outside of the one Paper Mario stream where Phil waited forever to desperately string along the streak for another day only for nobody to bother tipping.

Phil has the confusing ability to live out opposites. He makes good money, but he's poor. He's successful, but his views are abysmal. He ignores other streamers and drama, but won't hold back if he can punch down on them. He doesn't own a cat, but he owns a cat. He has no money to buy essencials for his job, but spends gold and dime on a gatcha game.
And he's one of the most boring streamers you can imagine on purpose, but gets laughed at in big crowds whenever he opens his mouth because he talks utter bullshit.
If he'd just be himself then all the good exciting stuff would continue, but narcissists can't let anyone know who they really are, because they don't work with society.

As much as I try to not follow a cow and hope for its demise, I've since come to terms that at least some small part of my interest in watching Phil had to do with wanting him to fail.
The Bankruptcy felt like it could be the climax everyone wanted. Instead we got weeks and weeks of edging and then an outcome that could initially inspire despair and hatred for the US legal system, until you start to wonder how many big corporations get away with shit ten times worse on an annual basis. But I digress. Ever since then I've mostly moved on to other cows. I had to accept a part of me wasn't just watching Phil for entertainment, but actively hoping for his downfall, and that's a pretty sad reason to want to follow someone. (IMHO)
The content Phil shits out, that gets documented here, is mind-numbingly boring and repetitive, though there's a kind of respite in that, I suppose. Every couple days I skim through the highlights, and it's literally always the same thing without exception:
