Mental and physical growth and development from childhood to adulthood is a continuous process. More precisely it's several different changes proceeding together, not necessarily all at the same rate, and certainly not at constant rates. Some processes will near completion sooner than others. Which ones are faster or slower varies from person to person. The exact point in life when the process picks up speed and when the process finishes also varies.
While nothing biologically significant happens as a given person crosses whatever legally defined threshold age, these ages are not selected arbitrarily.
Despite every person's individual developmental pace to reach adulthood varying, some faster, some slower, by the threshold age people of nominal health and development are presumably far enough along into adulthood to competently make their own adult choices about their own adult lives. (And people with significant developmental delays have been identified and can be protected as special exceptions.)
So.
Where do you put that threshold age?
Since you're dealing with a continuous distribution of developmental rates, whatever threshold age you pick will have some individuals who are "adult enough" before that age and you'll have some individuals who won't be "adult enough" until after that age.
What's the acceptable trade-off between these already-adults having to wait vs. putting not-yet-adults at risk?
This analysis will obviously skew towards a higher age, since a teenage adult having the minor inconvenience to wait some years to launch their OnlyFans explicit collab content is rather less harmful than a teenage child being raped.
Which means examples of "mature for their age" adults below the threshold age can be expected to be abundant and are in no way a persuasive argument for lowering the threshold age.

I don't know in depth information about this guy. I was just browsing old threads and I saw his take. I don't know what's the point in finding more horrendous things this guy said when this is already max degen shit. I made this thread because apparently nobody called this guy out back then for saying this and he still isn't banned.
