I really can't tell if this whole recent drama was part of a deliberate strategy by him to get attention and viewers (and thus money), or if he really just is that fucking stupid.
He talked about someone suggesting him to do the former in relation to Overwatch content lmao. They told him to start throwing Overwatch games so that a-log channels could farm off it, giving himself more attention

One of the things I find interesting about David is that he's very much like a doe in the city, if I had to guess he grew up in a sheltered Christian community up in Idaho, so he doesn't really understand how the internet works
I wasn’t able to clip it and he deleted the vod so I hope one of the many troll channels got it, but he had a big meltdown this morning and ragequit the game before abruptly ending stream. He claimed he found a way to fully circumvent snipers, then blamed every loss on snipers. The breaking point was a Moira doing moira things instead of pocketing him while he died 1v5 so he alt f4’d. he’s about to demote to plat again as well,despite all his gloating about maintaining diamond, which I suspect is the real reason he got so mad. He sounded like he was about to cry before cutting off the stream.
Oh man I remember originally hearing about this guy.

I just wonder how this will end up playing out 20 years from now when his children are adults and have to remember that period of time their dad refused to get a job and forced them to live in poverty so he could follow his dreams of being a fucking failed lolcow twitch streamer.
The strangest thing about this guy is how intently he attempts to downplay absolutely everything. Like he barely ever lets himself just out and out rage, he just seethes at every possible moment instead. It's kind of surreal because you'd think that having that amount of control, and the compulsive "That was my bad!" type downplaying would lead to some improvement over time but it just.. doesn't, ever.

lolcows with kids are always extremely sad. there should be some law against making your kids part of your content, or a tax or something. just to disincentivize it.

I don't get all the clip channels for this guy just clipping complete nothing content. Like this match is just nothingness.
1st life he stays at an aggressive angle that he can't get value out of for too long, gets farmed by discord, runs into a bit of bad luck with cassidy getting to highground right when he retreats there, and dies a dumb death before the real fight even started. 2nd life is a last ditch stall attempt for the checkpoint, it's normal for defense to get wiped in 5 seconds in this type of fight. 3rd life his moira hard feeds (her gameplay there is significantly worse than anything he does in the video btw) and he gives up
He's barely giving commentary, gameplay isn't great but not bad enough that it's comedic in it's own right like Phil, even the ragequit is anticlimactic. There's just no funny there. Like not even a DPS clip channel would turn this into a 5 minute clip.
I do at least find it funny how one of the big clip channels just has over a fifth of the screen as bingo card at this point even though the clips themselves are pretty dry

That'd be really sad if true. I thought one of the principles of being a Christian was obeying God as ruler rather than men. Compromising on his beliefs to appeal to the LGBT crowd when he by all accounts can live off a job in the real world and avoid a ton of heartache from deranged troons seems like an absurd idea.
