I think he's too much of a soy boy to hold his end of the bargain. If he's desperate, or he's not happy with how YouTube is going for him in the long term, he will undoubtedly apply for the twitch partnership again in over 5 months time, because that's all he cares about really, just the money, he couldn't give two shits about how much he criticised them or how his audience feels about it after he framed it towards them that Twitch are just a bunch of brain dead empty headed idiots who don't know any better.
