I like how DSP believes that all TIHYDPs are "taken out of context". He legitimately believes that saying "fuck this game" or "this game sucks" repeatedly in every single game he plays is justified in context because he's the realest twitch streamer out there and not just a fanboy or a paid shill, but the damn dirty trolls make him look bad by taking out all the "good gameplay" and making montages of just his bad moments.

"Out of context" is just the phrase Phil's lizard brain latched onto to handle all situations in that general area. Like how "online lag" or "I was hitting buttons and nothing happened" cover 95% of his gaming issues.

It actually is, it is a achievement you get when you beat Pinstripe in Single Player Mode (Adventure Mode).

Isn't it already highly likely he's cheating on his taxes anyways? That whole thing about declaring one of the spare rooms "Kat's Office" as a tax write-off? Though he hasn't said that's what he does, calling it her office is shady. His "office" doesn't legally count as a home office unless it's 20% of his house,

That's an example, it's not a requirement to take up 1/5 at least of your home. You can take up 1% of your home and the write off reduces as it takes up less space. You can take up 99% of your home and unless you get audited for whatever reason it increases the write off as the percentage increases. IRS audits are down as a percentage of returns to historically low levels too. I find nothing offhand 'shady' about using his wife's home office to reduce his taxes at all on the surface, but I get it why those that want to watch the Burnell empire of dirt go up in flames would paint it that way also.

Pretty sure he calls it "Kat's Office" because he doesn't know how else to describe it. The same way he refers to the room he plays video games in as an "office". I mean, I call the room I'm typing this in my "office", but I only occasionally do work in here. But it's an easier description than "room I play games on my computer in".

To be fair teh AI did kinda cheat, they did get access to certain items all the times and peach and toad get the mini mushroom. That's about it though.
