It's even better when the chat DOES start up an interesting conversation, but because Phil is such a narcissistic manchild, if the conversation isn't about him or the game he's playing then he'll immediately shut it down.
 
Phil doesn't wear his glasses because he's a boomer who thinks it makes him look like a nerd and people will make fun of him for it. He'd rather risk getting into an accident while driving or playing video games like shit than look like a nerd or a sissy or a ninny. He's a cool, macho man, dood, they don't wear glasses! There's always some bizarre excuse he comes up with to cover for his insecurities. He doesn't need to wear glasses while driving because he only drives locally. He totally knows how to swim, he's just never done it before, but he could if he needed to. He could easily beat the fuck out of DrDisrespect or any detractor, but he can't lift a finger to do anything physical around the house or even help carry the groceries because of his bad back.

This is one of the more perplexing aspects of Phil's chat, that he doesn't care about what 90% or more of the chat is saying but every once in awhile if he sees them venturing into some other subject he calls it de-railing or says no one is talking or the chat doesn't seem interested etc.

He'll shut down interesting conversations but has never mentioned the creepy rape roleplay that did/does go on, it's been a while since I've stopped in. If it were anyone else maybe you could read a deeper or sinister meaning into that, but it's Phil it just makes sense you can't have an actual conversation in the chat but you can pretend to rape because it is the worse choice you could make as a streamer.

Here's a thought exercise: what was the last "interesting conversation" Phil's chat has had? Not detractor or drama related. Has it ever happened?

Has Phil ever had an extended back and forth with his chat about a topic other than maybe wrestling?

And does it really even matter when he has nothing to offer anyway?

No one's talking about the Arena collections in CTR. Holy shit he's gonna meltdown if he goes for the coins. I hope he does, so, so badly. I'm willing to put money down that the first arena breaks him, and if not, tiger temple or papu papu's pyramid will do the job.
 
Phil really needs some support right now because a TON of new games are coming out unexpectedly and he so was not able to plan ahead and have the money to buy them.

What? Is Phil trying to say that if he had known ahead of time he would have the money to buy a ton of new games? Are we to believe his bank account gets overdrawn every month but he would buy $600 worth of games if he had prior knowledge to their releases?

Or is this yet another scam? "I'm gonna be honest. I would have bought all these games myself but I didn't know they were coming out! Nothing I could do! I need you guys to give me a code to download them or send me Playstation credits to get them. Or just tip me. I get those funds right away and they will go straight to games."
 
I like how DSP believes that all TIHYDPs are "taken out of context". He legitimately believes that saying "fuck this game" or "this game sucks" repeatedly in every single game he plays is justified in context because he's the realest twitch streamer out there and not just a fanboy or a paid shill, but the damn dirty trolls make him look bad by taking out all the "good gameplay" and making montages of just his bad moments.
