Ha, I just watched the prestream of Phil finaly being told what the "I prefer a penne" joke is about. Talks about how childish it is and how if you like those types of jokes then his stream probably isn't for you. You know, him being a mature streamer and everything.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=__nEz3Qq5ksHaha poop jokes

https://youtube.com/watch?v=S3UUl5gUEcwHaha chinky chang wang

https://youtube.com/watch?v=IGoaNaLYByMHaha little girls in pain

https://youtube.com/watch?v=Nvj1mgNPDSsHaha see how mature my humor is guys???
I still don't think that's what the joke was about. It always made sense to me that he's asking for a "penny" as in an american 1 cent piece, he's a beggar so lol. That or just "LOL Phil's fat!"

100% right that him calling anything immature is hilarious though.

Whelp, what he owed the IRS for 2017 is handled. He showed everyone the folder and that's all the evidence anyone needs. Phil did, indeed have his Federal Taxes for 2017 prepared for him. End of story. Don't ask about taxes again. Apparently needs $4,000 for 1st quarter estimated 2018 Federal Taxes, but just never you mind about that. Phil is going to proceed positively and not think about those and neither should anyone else. What about those back State taxes, you ask? Don't! They still haven't finished 'their audit' and he's not going to talk about his taxes anymore...until perhaps the end of the year.

Late as fuck on this but I have to say it's pretty weird. He's spent what, 6 months now talking about pretty much nothing else, and now for the first time he puts a number and a date on it. It's looking near-impossible that he'll actually raise the $4k number before this 9 day deadline - and NOW he says that he won't talk about taxes anymore and he can just be positive? Nigga your situation is now more quantifiably dire than it's ever been but NOW you don't want to talk about it after 6 months? Something's not adding up there.

Top level trouble shooting skills incoming. Phil will have this fixed in no time. I don't know if you knew this, but he used to BUILD PCs in the 90's.

Why doesnt he put that in his resume ? Along with the Former pro fighting game player and 10 year youtube legacy

He might even have chances, small, but worth trying, to land a job on Kfc or some call center

...Dude, taxes are sooo last season. Gotta move onto the build up for the Seattle Stay-cation arc in time for May's Spring Sweeps ratings.

Yeah most apartments that aren't slums have "Quiet Hours." These are usually between 9pm and 9am. Phil might not be able to put sound proofing foam on the walls of an apartment because it may damage the walls depending on what he uses to attach it. Phil, being lazy, would probably use some type of adhesive. Regardless, he has like 12 squares of foam. It's not doing anything.

OK, so this is the umpteenth time I've seen someone referring to this as "soundproofing" when it's nothing of the sort. It does little to nothing to stop the sound from traveling through the walls, even if he had lined the entire wall with those squares. All it does is that it absorbs certain frequencies that would otherwise be reflected, thus improving the acoustics of the room.

Phil has no soundproofing in that room unless the walls have been broken open at some point and filled with a material that dampens sound more than whatever was in there before.

Apparently "I prefer a penne, easy to eat" is a joke of multiple choices.
For me it was always his wording. Not just the "a" but the whole reasoning. Basically every sort of pasta is "easy to eat". It's pasta, not science.
Except for spaghetti if you think about it, mmh.

Correct me if I'm wrong, it looks like he paid nothing on his taxes

So, now that the detractor taxes are gone(Even tho he says he still owns 4k but don't worry guys), we're into the game season soon, folks, who's ready for some spicy brand new TIHYP "Become Human: Detroit"?

Edit: the PS4K saga dawns soon aka "I can't play the these brand new games without input lag because i don't have a PS4 Pro and i don't have a 4K TV to take advantage of PS4 Pro"

I am aware that someone already showed a pic of this but I wanted to capture it at a different angle before sharing a quote from earlier:

"Here they are, these are actually big thing from my tax attorney that I got yesterday for my 2017 taxes."

HAHAHAHA that folder is a mere weenie size of a folder compared to what I've seen for completed tax forms that I've seen in the past. I've seen forms get so big that no folder contain them and the folder tears failing to keep it all together, so they say "fuck it" and have to keep the remains of the folder bound together with the tax form by using huge rubber bands to hold everything tight. Phil doesn't know what an actually big tax form looks like LOL and anyone who agrees with him that his folder appears to be a "big" folder is sorely mistaken. I got a solid 5 minute laugh out of him saying that earlier about his form.

Phil's a man who thinks he's seen it all and knows how high every mountain is. When this cute little folder is the biggest piece of paperwork he's seen, he's amazed. He pulled packing material out of a PC going "Wow! That was wild!"

It's not his inexperience that causes him to claim this stupid crap, it's his ego that tells him "Yes, this has got to be the biggest mountain, and it's right in my backyard."

To be fair, the amount of paperwork Phil had to go through to get that folder literally lit his eyeballs on fire and gave him a massive headache. Looking at papers and putting them in a folder is physically exhausting.
