Phil advised his chat to 'keep it clean' in his 2nd stream pre-stream saying a detractor turned him in for sexual content going on in the chat during the first stream...which' he had nothing to do with and was completely oblivious to because he was playing a game and not watching the stream chat'...though he responded to multiple folks in the chat and I find it difficult to believe he missed the Large ERP post about his penis that JayP posted which was replied to by a Mod with a viewer asking if ERP was a thing that often took place in Phil's chat...as well as folks talking about scat fetishes.

How can he say he doesn't know what happens in his chat? He looks at it every 15 seconds. I popped in while he was playing NNK2 earlier and his chat crashed, he was panicking. Probably because he couldn't see if anyone said anything mean about him. Funny how those comments are removed without mercy. But rape comments, yh, he didn't see those doods.

Their vids are pretty good.
This one, though.. The quick cut after he says "what am I doing that day?" at around 0:45 gave me a great laugh. That was absolutely perfect. That quick cut sound should be used more.

I didn't take a screenshot, but I wanted to provide an example from today's (1st) stream chat. Derich mentioned that he hadn't had a birthday cake since he was 5. I'm not sure who it was, I think it was either theycallmepineappleman or Bionich00t, but they replied "It's ok Derich, we'll buy you a hooker to shit diarrhea on your chest." This after Bethesaurosrex emoted shoving his dick all the way in Jayp, and Jayp doing the whole ASCII* art of a dick cumming.
As an aside, I got banned a week ago for saying the prestreams were a bit long.

You really do have to pause for a minute and really appreciate where Phil is at vs. where he could be. There are plenty of pieces of written and videotaped evidence of him shitting on streamers for how they interrupt all the gaming fun to stop and give shoutouts and act like overall whores... and he likely believed it. Having no foresight and thinking how bad it would look if he ever had to do it, he didn't think that he should maybe just keep quiet. He wanted, as always, the short term gain / good feeling of acting superior over the long term gain that not shitting on everyone for everything brings.
When he had to eat those words by going back to Twitch, you could ALMOST cut him a break and say, you know what, his sentiment was true, but times change. He doesn't have a choice, he has to evolve or die.
NOW, though. Wow. NOW, we are in a place where you have not only the person that once said those things, who maybe could have been forgiven because the nature of the beast changed so much... and you have him SO desperate that, even though there are no big changes in streaming as it is today that would force him to do so meaning he is doing this strictly VOLUNTARILY, and you have him not just saying thank you and giving a quick shout-out, but literally stopping the gaming to blow a fucking party horn for $5.
I've never had an ounce of pity for this dude because everything that has happened to him has been self-inflicted via the most toxic, selfish, whining, self-entitled behavior I've ever seen in a person. But, this shit is fucking sad.

Since Hassan was widely believed to be Phil's "exclusive Twitch contact" that defends him, his relief of duty explained why DSP did not get a warning before his stream was shutdown midway
JayP learned and mastered this Quick Time Event from his idol (we all knw Phil is good at QTE), dont blame him

I thought too his previous watcher was Hassan. He himself had numerous skeptical issues like exploitation and stuff this came out after the first suspension but it was shady as hell. I would not be surprised if he was let go as Twitch have just had a major restructure most inline with the new TOS and making sure they are adheered.
Remember in a business sense Twitch aim to be not youtube so they are going to go full auto on the new TOS and tbh most of the time they have adhered them.

That, or it could be he was never Phils contact. Phil never claimed that and Hassan claimed he was notified about Phil and popped in to see what was going on. Nothing makes me think he was lying tbh. All this "inside contact" thing strikes me as Phil peacocking. He's just trying to make it seem like Twitch respects him and wants him around, clearly that's not true. That 2nd ban would not have occurred if he did have someone on the inside advising him.

This isn't DSP-level "shit talking a company you were in business with" by any means, but:
- Why would you, as someone who currently works for a company, publicly tell someone who just left the company they're one of "few" people that made you want to work there? How does everyone else you still work with feel right now?
- Why would you, as someone who just left a company, publicly tell someone who still works for the company they've been vilified for anything? You're just bringing attention to negativity that some people might not be aware of.

Its probably more realistic to look at Twitch's mods that deal with partner channels as the "Partner Channels Department" with a few different staff in it. They obviously have enough financial interest to actually have meetings and shit about particular topics and things that happen and how to deal with them.
I can't see any situation in which the rule violations are vague or non-serious that any admin at Twitch is just going to run in and issue suspensions.
Even if they hate DSP or even if they do actually know the "real truth" about DSP, they're also probably mature enough to set aside their emotions or feelings about particular streamers when issuing bans.

When someone comes into DSP's chat with a username that includes "leanna" or "tevin" they get immediately banned. When someone comes into DSP's chat and says the word "gout" or the word "taxes" they immediately get banned. DSP has made it clear to his mods, both by his own example and by verbal and written instructions, that this type of stuff is unacceptable.
Someone comes into DSP's chat and roleplays raping another member of his chat? No problem- because DSP has never banned anyone for it and hasn't instructed his mods to ban anyone for it. This is what makes it his responsibility. It's the same shit that was going on with @BSV , he was completely and absolutely unwilling to comment on whether or not the behavior was acceptable when any normal, sane fucking person would outright say "Hey, <specific example of behavior here> is something I'm not ok with. If you do it in the chat you're getting timed out or banned." He's only addressing it now because someone @ mentioned Twitch.

Isn't the mod involved in all of this a "confirmed detractor" based upon some conversation screencaps from like a week ago?
It never ceases to amaze me how much Phil relies on cruise control for everything. I can't even fathom how someone is able to shut so much detail out of their mind and just sit on the sofa watching wrassling till 5 AM when there is this much work left to do that is super fucking easy to keep up on.
Does Phil ever have meetings with any of his mods or do anything at all to keep his shit going?

I agree they bounce all the wrong people, while letting all kinds of vulgarity, racism, and all around toxicity stay, and mods should be helping with that and not participating in it. But this Swagginz is a real one man Junior SS with how much having bought some mod power has gone to his head! He was bitching people should be FORCED to respect the mods a few days ago lol. He really IS the kid getting picked on in school trying to buy some respect by wielding a laughably irrelevant amount of power...
