This isn't DSP-level "shit talking a company you were in business with" by any means, but:

1. Why would you, as someone who currently works for a company, publicly tell someone who just left the company they're one of "few" people that made you want to work there? How does everyone else you still work with feel right now?
2. Why would you, as someone who just left a company, publicly tell someone who still works for the company they've been vilified for anything? You're just bringing attention to negativity that some people might not be aware of.

Both of these individuals have demonstrated a lot of unprofessional conduct in less than 560 characters here. Neither is qualified to wrangle in my opinion.

Just to clarify that this is not the fighting game community Justin Wong that is familiar with DSP, it is a separate Justin Wong.

Thought i would post this here in the main thread too incase you missed it.

Phil's "Big Tax Payment" due April 17th is just his Q1 Estimated Tax Payment. The due date is April 15th, but that's a Sunday so the IRS accepts payments the next day as 'on time', Monday April 16th is 'Emancipation Day' which is a federal office holiday so the IRS won't be open so Phil can now pay his Q1 Estimated Tax Payment on April 17th and it will be 'on time', and Phil is just waiting until the eleventh hour to make payment.

There shouldn't even be a need to wait to pay it. He should just be withholding that amount from whatever income he receives in a separate account so it's ready to go at the end of quarter. This would be like getting a paycheck and then begging people for money pretending that the federal taxes that got withheld were a 'Huge Tax Bill' that you just had to pay. Phil, you're a fucking shyster piece of shit! What would you say to a guy begging you, "Please mister, I owe the IRS $4,000 and I don't have the money because I spent the $20,000 income I received already'?

Honestly his finances must be fucked if he is begging people to make his Estimated Income Tax payments for him.

okay hello everybody hello hello and welcome what is going on everyone good morning and I could actually wholeheartedly say that now good morning because for me it is the morning now with our new schedule I am so welcome today is Monday April 2nd 2018 the countdown to my birthday continues my birthday is this coming Friday we'll have all kinds of fun decorations and festivities on today's stream as you guys will see um but that being said today is the very first day where my gameplay streams are now at a different time a newer earlier time ladies and gents you're not aware um so that being said guys if you guys haven't noticed if you're here live we don't have as many people around as usual that's fully to be expected I'm not surprised I've been saying all week I knew this would happen you know having a trying change oh streams now being an hour 15 minutes earlier than they used to be I am certainly not surprised whatsoever that we don't have everyone here um some people said oh well you know according to my schedule I can't be here that early but others you know probably just not paying attention okay um but yeah starting today all streams all streams an hour 15 minutes earlier than they used to be so today it started 10:15 we had 15 minutes of playing the pre stream music and now we're gonna have the official free stream my goal will be to try to start around 11 a.m. with gameplay not that it absolutely on the dot has to be I'm not like you know holding myself to a strict criteria where I must start the gameplay by 11:00 especially we have a day where there's a lot going on I want to talk or maybe we got a lot of pre stream shoutouts or the like you know bullet in general that's kind of the rule of thumb I'm gonna use you know a few starts around 10:15 give about 15 minutes to have people join um you know with the music playing and then jump on with pre stream and then hopefully started around 11 okay so what that means with this new schedule you know 11 and I usually would end a game play around 5:00 p.m. I'm gonna go back to my old schedule where I used to finish around 4:00 okay so I'm gonna finish around roughly 4 p.m. which is actually perfect cuz that gives me a half an hour to upload the videos and then I'm gonna head downstairs and start working on dinner as my girlfriend cat arrives home from work she'll be arriving home as I'm starting to make dinner and then boom we have dinner together clean up and then I'll be back at 6:15 p.m. tonight for my second stream at ninokuni too so that'll be cool and that that one will go on for again roughly about you know two to two-and-a-half hours depending on you know when pre stream ends and the like and that'll end roughly around 9 p.m. so that hopefully will give me you know some extra time couple hours to spend with my girlfriend before she has to go back to sleep umm so it should be pretty good uh you know hopefully this all works out ok um and we'll go from there alright sounds good alright in addition guys if you haven't noticed the extreme stats have reset for today meaning it's a new week so now is your opportunity if you'd like to cheer today and get up on that cheering leaderboard that appears above stream chat now's a good chance to do so because right now everything's reset in fact the only cheer that we have so far is Jack Spartacus with a twenty five bitch here and thank you to Jack for that I also should just go ahead and give a shout out to just one puff who recent card to the channel for the fourth month in a row take you for four months of the full support just one puff that's right and if you just heard that and you're like what the hell was that you haven't seen it yet you guys may not have been here yesterday for my Ultra Street Fighter 2 stream my office is decked out with birthday decorations and fun this week all week I'm celebrating kind of a birthday festive atmosphere so you're gonna see balloons you're gonna see streamers you're gonna see party horns you're gonna see all kinds of fun stuff and when people do ah contribute alright with cheer subs or tips to week you're gonna get a festive thank-you shout out on the stream okay so thanks already you're Jack's party kissing just one puff for that I appreciate that and if you guys want at your own festive shout out you can contribute in the various ways all right now ladies and gentlemen it's a new month alright it's a new month which means it's a new goal for subscribers here on the channel it's a much more reasonable goal and I think you guys are really gonna like this alright I'm trying to make it very reasonable is the past couple of months let's face it we had inflated subs because of Christmas oh you know giving season a lot of people gifted selves and then a lot of people you know did reso but we never really got back to where we were you know Christmas we were at 560 subs and now we dip down into the realm of 400 all right so that being said um the new sub goal for this month is 450 subscribers if we can maintain 450 subs alright let me say that again not maintained but if we can hit 450 concurrent Psalms alright I'll be bringing back the patron choice playthrough patrons will be nominating and voting on a game that'll be a downtime playthrough alright I've really enjoyed the the patrons Choice playthroughs of the past I want to do another one for the past couple of months you know I tried to bring it back and it just didn't happen because you know my sub goals were really high based on the inflated sub numbers that we got in Christmas time alright so now finally we're getting back in line with what this channel really will have which is roughly around 400 subs okay so right now we're at 420 that means 30 more subscribers we're bringing back patrons choice for 475 cells that'll be the tier 2 goal for the month now what is the reward that's up to you guys because I have a few ideas one would be that I do another silly episode of DSP tries it where basically I find another silly item remember the last time I did I did on waxvac so maybe I'll do some other silly you know as seen on TV stupid item or whatever um you know something like that to be a funny video for you guys as a reward or if you don't like that maybe we'll do a you know set up a goal for a marathon or something I'm not sure I don't know what you guys want to see alright um so really what I'm gonna do is leave that open to you guys this month and let's see what your feedback is on streams and stuff what people would like to see maybe as the tier 2 goal alright um and if we hit for 275 subs this month I will do it well I already got some suggestions in the stream chat jak 3 playthrough black makes e-types is bring back cooking with the king so we've already got a few suggestions I'm very curious to see over the course of April what you guys really want to see you know for the next tier of sub-goal ok ok so there you go so those are the goals right now now if we happen to hit both of those goals through some amazing positivity and support this month then I'll consider doing a tier 3 go much like I did in January if you remember I hit the first calls like holy shit did I hit the second goal I was like holy shit and then I had to make it 2 or 3 goal so we need to do that we'll do it but I don't want to jump with a gun here and have like 50 goals set up when they're you know we don't even know we're gonna hit the first one so there you go 2 goals they're very very attainable hopefully we can reach those sub goals this month okay mm-hmm alright umm outside of that let's very briefly go over the schedule so you guys know what to expect today far cry 5 and ninokuni at the earlier times and that's going to continue folks all week because it's the two big new games that I'm playing having fun with both of them if you guys were not here on Saturday which I wouldn't blame you because I did not expect to have my twitch suspension released so early but it did get released early so I did stream on Saturday and I got I finally completed one of the regions in Far Cry 5 after literally a four session so 12 plus hours of gameplay I finally finished one of the areas in Far Cry 5 so today we're definitely going to a new area and we're gonna see if it's any different from the first one and that's made question here you know is there variety in the game or is it just more the same more the same more the same that's what we're gonna see Oh starting today all right so far cry 5 and then needle cootie - all week long Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday double streams at the earlier times all right then on Friday it's my actual birthday on Friday so it's gonna be a big birthday bash celebration where I want to do interactive streams where I could talk with you guys a lot more than just focusing on gameplay so Friday is gonna be Ultra Street Fighter 2 on my first stream and then it's gonna be pub key on my second stream to a very interactive games where I'll be able to interact with you know a lot um and I'm hoping that this Friday by this Friday I can raise a significant amount of funds via tips to help with my tax situation if you're not aware my taxes all start coming through this month now so I've got one tax payment for the remaining amount of taxes from the federal taxes for 2017 due by I believe it's April 17 then I got my first estimated tax payment for 2018 due by April 30th and then on top of that at some random time this month whatever the state of Washington gets around to it they're supposed to tell me what I owe for back taxes for the business and occupation tax here in the state of Washington and then I need to start paying that so three big tax payments coming due this month um it sucks honestly that all this is coming - all at once but it is what it is um I'm gonna pay what I can so whatever I raise this week in regards to you guys tipping me on streams I'm gonna put towards those taxes um you know and I don't know how much I'm gonna raise I'm hoping it's a good amount especially this coming Friday on my birthday but I guess we'll see cuz you know without being able to pay these taxes I'm in a bad situation where I'll have ruling tax debt all year and there's gonna be more fees and interest accruing accruing if I can't pay it off and then by the end of this year if I have a giant sum of taxes do that I can't pay I'm in a lot of trouble in to the point where I don't know how I'm gonna pay it besides maybe selling the house which I don't want to so there you go we'll see what happens but anyway guys if you really want to help me out this week all right um please tip me how do you do that well if you look below the streams here on The vod on Twitch is gone, only the later one is there. Its kind of unfortunate, because it would be pretty neat to get transcriptions of both daily pre streams but that would require a bit more effort.

Well he already proved he got upset about the transcriptions and subtitles saga, so I guess his solution is to cut out whatever he's now cutting out (I'm guessing its his responses to cheers and tips)

There are other ways to make it work, but the amount of effort required wouldn't really make sense for someone like DSP because he's really just some streamer who is making increasingly lower amounts of money over time.

If we're still here in a few months then I might consider doing something with this idea and make it work in a way that it works with other similar "content creators".

Stream turned on at ~:17, prestream at ~:30, ended around :45 or so, he goofed around a bit but definitely started before :50. I think it's not edited down.

Just amazing how they apparently don't even consider some truth-content. Sure, the topic started with something different but his 2nd post was point on.
