Can any of you Philoligists tell me how old this is? It looks like it was a still taken from a cam corder and he is using like actual (shitty) lighting.

This is so on brand for a mongoloid like Phil. He has always been afraid of showing any legitimate sincerity with anything he does because he at least is aware that he is legitimately retarded and his dad did all his homework in his private retard school. By hiding behind unintellectual irony, he thought he could hide his retardation, but there is only enough times you can fool the same 90+ iq person. Now the jaydes of the world... As has been said many times, DSP attracts other DSPs, except perhaps even more socially inept then him. In Phail they see the standard bearer for people like him. They perceive him as being sussessful and that one of them can actually susseed in life.

It's just like IRL...every group of losers has a head loser. The Internet just allowed DSP to be head loser of an ever-revolving, plentiful supply of losers.

I think I was watching Luther Morgan's stream yesterday when I heard Vassild was a Kitboga dolphin/whale (as well as donating to Phil and KC). Phil is usually his smallest investment from what I've seen between his donos to Phil and KC. Does he think he's subtly pushing along a scammer to be exposed? There's nothing earth-shattering about it on its face. Just a weird lineup. I'll never understand the whales/dentractors.

If that picture that was posted earlier really was Vassild, I doubt that dent has much in the way high level planning abilities. That and Kitboga has an entire subcontinent of smelly, poo-laden fish to fry.

Bankruptcy court doesn't care as long as you can basically prove you're a retard with money. If he took out cards and then hid the money offshore they'd take a closer look but it doesn't matter to them what you spent it on or if it's businesses related or not.

They are also very lenient when it is someone's first time. The assumption is that you accrued the debt because you had poor financial literacy and didn't know any better. No idea if they still do, but they used to make you take financial literacy classes as part of the process. If you didn't know what you were doing, now you do, and if you did, now you can't use that excuse. Like you said, it doesn't really matter what you spent it on, but his self assurance that it mattered was obvious.

That's why I'm looking forward to the second bankruptcy. He's absolutely not going to do any research or take any advice. He's going to do what Phil always does and just assume he knows everything already, put in the minimum amount of effort he thinks he can get away with, and be surprised when things don't work out the way he wanted. That's why his paperwork was so bad during the first one and could have gotten him grilled like crazy. He didn't think it was important to fill it out properly. Some of it could have been an attempt at deception to hide assets and spending, but some of it was stuff that wouldn't have mattered like marking off that he didn't own any pets. Phil is retarded but I don't think he actually believed they would take his fucking cat to settle his debts, so I assume he was just wasted or didn't think it was important.

you gotta be pretty stupid to think someone is getting banned by viewbotting at this day and age. all big streamers viewbot to a certain extent. if youtube can prove it comes from the streamers themselves, nothing is gonna happen

Bankruptcy court for individual first time filers is basically a rubber stamp outside of extraordinary circumstances. Plus he did legitimately have like $140K+ in unsecured debt.

As for why he still has money, dents are gonna do what they're gonna do. If someone is giving Dave money at this point then there's really nothing that can be done. I don't get why they pick Dave to funnel their cash into instead of a low subscriber thot or something but that's what they do.

Between him & his attorney, they fudged the numbers on the means test, which is essentially the barrier between a rubber stamped Ch 7 and a scrutinized one that gets pushed into Ch 13. From what I've seen in court, 99% of bankruptcies go through in some manner (Ch 7 or Ch 13 if you make too much). Typically though, an attorney won't fudge the means test numbers as much as Phil's were fudged. If the bankruptcy trustee raised a question, it would fuck the attorney just as bad since they signed off on shit too.

Which leads me to believe that Phil fudges them himself and has no idea how much money he makes/how much his expenses to run his shit truly are. It also makes sense, if Phil didn't pay a $18k tax bill, that means he claimed about $100k in income the previous year, so it's reasonable to assume Phil got the idea to fudge this on 2019 taxes, as there's no way he wouldn't have begged to pay this off too.

*Not to sound like a Steve of the Dead, but the means test is basically what the government makes you do to prove that you're so insolvent that you cannot pay your current debt based on reasonable exclusions. If you own your own business, you can just game the system by claiming business expenses to reduce your net income, which is where the $5k business expense meme comes from. If Phil was a W2 employee, he'd have been pushed into Ch 13 bankruptcy, which consolidates your debt into a repayment plan.

Phil is a retard, but a reasonably sussessful retard, if you are also retarded and have a retarded view on life. If you were a retard, Phil would be somebody you'd look up to as he's an adult gamer in his PJs, he has a wife and a family, a house, and makes "bank". You have to remember you are retarded in this scenario, so this is the logic you have. You're also likely a loser and Phil's stream is one of the few places you can pay or spam your way to attention.

It goes back far though... Phil was the kid with no friend group, so he likely learned as a kid that he can tard wrangle the special needs kids because they have nowhere else to go even though Phil himself is a retard too. He just presents as normal if you don't know.
