Bankruptcy court for individual first time filers is basically a rubber stamp outside of extraordinary circumstances. Plus he did legitimately have like $140K+ in unsecured debt.

As for why he still has money, dents are gonna do what they're gonna do. If someone is giving Dave money at this point then there's really nothing that can be done. I don't get why they pick Dave to funnel their cash into instead of a low subscriber thot or something but that's what they do.

I think I was watching Luther Morgan's stream yesterday when I heard Vassild was a Kitboga dolphin/whale (as well as donating to Phil and KC). Phil is usually his smallest investment from what I've seen between his donos to Phil and KC. Does he think he's subtly pushing along a scammer to be exposed? I think you're on to something. Always remember money is the guaranteed way for attention by guide it whatever the agenda is. It's like luring a wildebeest well luring a hungry lion to the same location using food to see a bloody showdown. If it means donating to get the attention of a scammer and a scam buster and then luring them both together is a genius move if I may say.

I can. They all have one thing in common - some sort of gambling aspect. This usually limits it to minigames, like for example he is fucking fiending and is actually enjoying himself whenever he plays the blackjack minigame in Yakuza. I also remember him fiending when he played some Pacman classic game collection that had a collectibles minigame. I think it worked in the way where you'd get coins by playing the classic games in the collection and you'd use those coins to spin a digital gachapon machine and get digital Pacman figurines. He was fucking losing his mind spinning that digital gachapon machine. When he plays that card shop simulator game he's sleepwalking when he has to manage and improve his store but once again he's fucking fiending when he gets to open card packs in the game.

This brings me to the last game he's played that he seems to have actually enjoyed, which is Balatro. It's very ironic as he talked mad shit about the game due to it winning some GOTY award before he ever actually played it. Now Balatro isn't really that much about gambling once you know what you're doing and it's much more about skill, the fact that there's dudes with win streaks in the hundreds playing nothing but the highest Gold Stake difficulty all the time is just proof of that. However, once you're starting out it does feel like it's very much luck based and if you're a retarded low IQ mongoloid like Phail and you're unable to figure out any strats on your own or by even looking them up, then Balatro is just straight up a gambling game and always will be a heavily luck-based gambling game to him, which is why he geniunely enjoyed it whenever he played it.

Which game did he play last year or maybe the year before now, where he was shitting all over it, and i mean doing his best to drop it and then he found like a gatcha mini game? I hope he decides to play denshattack. The game is super fast paced and requires you engage with all the various techniques to get through the level. The only downsides is that no matter how much you die the game just puts you back just before you fuck up so theres no real "lose state"

He plays puzzle games and is too dumb to realize that he can use logic to win, so he assumes that they're RNG-based gambling games. A puzzle game that required blind guesses to win would objectively be a failure of design. But Phil likes games that he thinks work like that, because he likes gambling. It's the most cursed shit ever. He thinks the game is much worse than it is because he's stupid, but he prefers that worse version of the game because he's even stupider.
