Yeah, if he chooses to sue Raw Phil, then the entire community behind Raw Phil will just drag DSP.
If he even attempts to flag Raw, then it's game over, that entire community of people will just
ruin Phil's life. Dude averages 900-1.2k Viewers DAILY. Let that sink in. Pissing off that many people
plus getting A-Logged by Kino Casino. Yeah. The only way this is going to go viral is if someone post his
trash to LSF and then Asmon will react to it and perhaps make a rally for Youtube to get it fixed. But even then
Asmon has no power on Youtube, his main domain is Twitch/Kick. Either way, Phil is fucked. He has to put up
with it until Youtube decides they want to fix it and let's be real, Youtube has banned people for less even more so
now with their new Ai Moderation in effect. Getting a human web-tech to fix this issue when Youtube streaming
isn't that lucrative is going to be a monumental task for Phil.

The only person I can see who might cover this is that faggot Nicolas DeOrio, he's scraping the bottom of the barrel
when it comes to content right now.

>the associate tells the supervising partner that this guy is insane, kind of a dick, and there doesn't appear to be any value to be recovered in his case
>the supervising partner tells the associate to tell Phil that they won't take it on contingency because even if Phil wins the judgment will be very small and the trolls don't have any money anyway, and then quote him an extremely high retainer to get him to fuck off
>Phil rants on the pahdkhast about how the legal system is broken because you can't hire a lawyer for less than $50,000

I think you put in too many steps, it'd probably go like this:
>Phil emails a bunch of law firms, probably with the same copy/pasted message that reads like a written version of his pre-stream ramble
>The law firm sends an automated email back saying Phil needs to call the firm to discuss the case
>Phil gets into an argument with the automated message saying he'd rather discuss it over email
>Phil gives up when he finally realizes he'd either have to directly call and speak with a lawyer or, god forbid, speak with one in person
>Phil spends 2 hours insisting he doesn't do drama on his next prestream while insisting detractors are too poor to bother suing

Also another point to the fact that Phil isn't suing shit, he said at the end of his manic stream tonight that he "isn't going to sue anyone, he's just going to ban them". It takes so much time and money to actually sue someone, especially when all you have is a youtube name and some nebulous claim of "stealing viewers", he is not in any way dedicated enough to even try. Phil is the Dent Who Cried Troll. He's spent his whole life blaming trolls/detractors for all his problems, now one of them actually finds a way to fuck with him and no one will believe it. Sucks to suck.

I really can't say which mental problem controls Phil more; but his addictions, reclusiveness, and other behaviors has me believing that the only way he'd legitimately launch a lawsuit would be if he won the lottery (as he's said before).

Phil has said many times on stream that if he ever won the lottery, the first thing he’d do is sue his enemies.

Also if you remember 2 years ago, one of the first things Phil wanted to do once PPP convinced him that he wasn’t a villain and the internet’s opinion of him had changed was go after his enemies (Craig, Doody, etc).

Phil is the most petty spiteful bitch, who is also simultaneously a coward, on the internet. I think he really thinks somebody with any clout will back him once again so that he has backing for his ridiculous threats.
