Kevin has talked when Phil was on stream to my knowledge. I believe we are just dealing with an especially pignotized retard that's just parroting Phil. He's too lazy for this level of deception.

From what I've remembered people saying, in WWE Champs when you're at Phail's level you can literally beat levels/raids/PvP/whatever by just crushing the gems one time with your OP sweaty men. I like when he recaps specific interactions that happened in the game he played yesterday and describes them in excruciating detail, but never pulls up a video or screenshot of his own gameplay or actually literally anything at all, ever.

How Minoxidil works is that it accelerates the hair cycle, so if you take it in conjunction with Fin, your hair will fall off faster but it should eventually regrow thicker after 6 months/1 year.
But if you don't take a DHT Blocker, Minox will probably just make your hair fall faster but not actually thicken it, making your balding look even worse...
