Before tonight, has this person ever spoken a word in dsps chat? Is he an AsmonDent? It strikes me as odd how just a random Sunday night stream and assuming this whale hasn't made his presence known till tonight just decides to dump $300 on dsp. I think it might be real. The whois registry shows the website for the company was created only a couple months before the YT channel was created. It's just odd it has no videos. You'd think a real estate company would post videos of properties.

The business could have created the channel intending to use it for marketing purposes but then never ended up using it for whatever reason and now the guy who has access to it just uses it to chat and donate money to lolcows.
Or it could just be a sock where someone randomly found a business on the internet to pose as.
It is really strange either way.

It seems like they do property management, so they could use the website for video tours of rentals that aren't publicly listed. Or its just a dent who made the YT channel and the effort stopped there.
The timing of the superchat immediately to start this stream after he had normal numbers on the first stream, plus the botched second sentence of the superchat definitely feels like a sock account posing as someone running this property management company.
