Phil, I can only theorize, but you're getting more and more OBS errors for a few possible reasons.

#1. Your computer is out of date, on Windows 8. OBS needs Windows 10 for the most up to date shit, but you're too lazy to update and learn how to configure shit properly. So while you think you're doing yourself a huge favor, you're operating on out of date software.
#2. You leave all your shit on 24/7. Computers need to rest much like humans do, especially when it comes to their RAM; shit needs to rest.

As much as you like to cite your 10+ year legacy and how you're a professional content creator know-it-all, you're on the shallow end of knowing/learning. A lot of streamers don't have tech help to pass their problems onto and do a lot of research and work to make their shit works properly. And the longer you put it off, the more catastrophic the disaster will be when it finally hits. A little maintenance now, could prevent a huge problem in the future... ... ... if you were looking to the future you might be aware of this.

Assuming you can believe Phil's total it's almost that high, but he's a liar and trying to make his turd of a channel seem successful so who the hell knows. I wouldn't put it pass him to just add the new members to the over all total and minus 1 or 2 a day so he can do his sperg "Oh guys we lost a member time to end the stream" bullshit and not deduct the real losses. He's going to fudge the numbers or his paypig will keep making socks so that he always hits the goal for a monthly beg fest. At the end of the day he's got 190k subs, 380 members and is lucky to get more then 250 people watching a stream and a fraction of that in his chat. The math don't add up.

If we should troll him like Wings or Chris. And then it devolves into the same arguments. And the same dick stroking and bitching about the same people. So for all the shit we excise into other threads. Why does that get to keep going on and stay in here? I couldn't give two shits about OIC or really most paypigs. Derich always cracks me up. So its nice that we just sequester that bullshit somewhere else.

But, this argument always goes nowhere, and yet nothing happens. Does that make sense?

Honestly what do you expect of a group of people tracking the behavior of a man who hasn’t changed thing one about himself in a decade? If some outside force strong enough to penetrate his bunker doesn’t act Phil continues on the same path he’s been on. Of course we’re going to have the same discussions over and over, until the next inevitable time Phil throws a tantrum.

Also lol multiple posts about something no one here can do about except the mods. So why aren’t you just asking the mods to clean shit up in DMs?

Nothing he can do dood! He needs his stuff on 24/7 otherwise a bajillion updates happen and he can't turn them back on, and if he does everything is fucking different!

I think his "I'm not a techie, I'm a gamer" is the most erroneous shit he's ever said. Those arcades he liked going to when he was younger, all ran by gamers/techies. Sure bigger companies had more resources, but a lot of them were indepedently owned small businesses. Those guys had to be able to configure, troubleshoot, and do so much work to keep those machines running good enough to keep quarters going in. Then Phil with his SF2T board and if/when he was thinking of getting his own arcade cabinet; that's shit he has to take care of, and shit he can't just go to Wal-Mart and buy a new widget for. Sure, not all gamers are techies, but a lot of the real OG ones, are/were techies.

He sleeps his shit. Ram and any other solid state stuff doesn't need to "rest" if it's at a proper temperature.

Turning it on and off all the time is more stressful than sleeping it.

1) I think his techie/I built Giming PCs shit comes from some class he probably took in his school, or maybe he did some shit at the arcades once like hold a dudes wires ot keep a cabinent propped on one side. Considering his mentality that translates to knowing his shit. Remember when a fan built and installed a bunch of shit on a cutsom built PC for him, free of charge way back. When it stopped working the way DSP thought it would he just started berating the guy and calling him a jackass while he was giving Phil computer tips.

2) Cue another 5-15 minute rant from DSP about Keemstar next stream.

I was thinking more like page files and memory leaks or other things. Seeing how Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 8 back in 2016 and his hardware becomes older every day, I'm expecting a a new pc is on the horizon (within the next calendar year or so).

This Horizon cock sucking is getting a little to on the nose for me. This is another game Kat is also playing alongside Phil. First it was Lost Judgement, then Skyrim, now we are here.

Is she also watching these streams? He is getting way to fakesyde for me with these games when he's not even getting *really* into them. Ask him what he has uncovered so far in Skyrim and I guarantee he wont be able to answer it. The Judgement streams were another snooze fest, now were back to another open world begathon of Game Kat Likes. Really seems to me he's trying to get brownie points here.

Also I'd go fucking mad playing these games at hour intervals each time. No average joe gamer, or joe average gamer would put up with this nonsense which is why I think he's faking it even more. You try pulling this shit as a casual person with actual interest, and you would most likely stick to one game here.

Edit: It's also very clear to me why he does this for the new release hype crap, but it has shown that day 1 and day 20 are hit or miss no matter what. Last night Pokemon Autism has proved it. Also playing one game for the whole day has net almost the same results and if not, the next day makes up for it with Autism. Dying Light 2 could have been finished by now if he stuck to it, just like any of these games.

I went back recently and watched some older Phil drama and what is funny about that PC situation is that the computer totalled well over 10 grand because Phil wanted some of the best specs he could get on that piece of hardware (even by today's standards it could run most games at mid range specs), I also believe that Chris Furtado also had to pay for some things out of his own pocket because for whatever reason, he may have had some issues setting it up, but besides that Phil basically wanted a beast of a machine from a college age student who wanted credits for his college course doing this for Phil, so of course there was going to be a few bumps in the road when he was building this thing.

They key thing I took away from that whole saga that Phil was pretty much willing to dump any and all of the problems that he would encounter with that PC on Chris because when an issue came he had literally no idea how to trouble shoot it because he always piggy backed off other people who did things for him and wouldn't learn it himself, the PC getting damaged in shipping was Chris's fault, he's not supposed to know what the best set up is for streaming PC games and how to insert RAM sticks and making sure everything else like the fan is put in place properly, it shouldn't be his responsibility, people have to do everything for MEEE, REEE!

Phil is a lazy consoomer to a T, he even later admitted it himself that he's not some techy no it all person, you're talking about a lay person, you're talking to a gamer!

I think what really pisses me off about his Elden Ring hype (other than setting himself up to grift the Souls/Bourne community) is that DSP has no plan once the game comes out. He claims its gonna save the stream and it could but he's going to sabotage himself. Here is a play by play of what will happen based on the GTA remaster streams.
-plays that stupid "This is Dark Souls son of a bitch" song 5 times
-has like 6 pieces of Dark Souls or Elden Ring fan art in the preroll
-he'll give some speech about the history of Fromsoft games (specifically HIS history)
-notices he has 2k viewers
-OwO whats this?

-this lasts for an hour
-people leave because they can't talk and he hasn't started the game and he keeps burping into the mic.
-Oh those were just trolls. I knew this would happen.

-ACK ACK that looks like me! Wow!
-five whales donate upwards of $60 each
-buffed by money and the fact that he's a man child with a new toy he then spends the first hour fucking around in one corner while rambling about the graohics and the design of the floor
-his number of viewers is cut in half by the second stream
-Phil's bad man.

And all the while that first stream is going on there have already been several full gameplays with no commentary uploaded the night before release. There will be hundreds of more entertaining streams raking in the dough while the prestream is going on. The next time he streams Elden Ring everything is back to status quo. And even after he beats the game what then? Back to Skyrim? He banks too much on this one game. Its why he's gaslighting his audience by going 'Every day its gonna be Elden Ring Elden Ring Elden Ring. *zooms in* ELDEN RING"

Imagine calling a game a "masterpiece" before you have even finished it.

The most important question is, will this game be better than Bugsnax? That's high praise if it is....since piggy has the most ROBUST taste in games.

Kinda funny that his Streaming career ends because he refuses to update his shit. Phil reminds me of my old Indian boss who refuses to update shit because cost reasons but in reality he didn't want to put the work in.

He's really in for it if he expects anything after the first day gets much excitement when he's:
  • Playing it the next day a night after it unlocks
  • Other more important and entertaining people are streaming it
  • Multiplatform so a lot more people will be playing it for own reasons like to not get spoiled
  • Typical 2020+ Phil with hours dicking around open world after sitting on character creator for 1 hour, staring at chat, pausing frequently etc etc
I'd love to see this not go beyond any expectations of than a normal black or white stream payout of </ $100.
