It's a power fantasy. Some retards in chat feed his ego and suddenly he thinks he can do whatever he wants cause who is gonna stop him? Someone speaks out in chat? Ban him. Now what? Thats one of the reasons he won't do voice chat anymore cause of his newly built glass house of a power fantasy. The guy incident was probably so traumatizing that he still fears it ever happening again.

The running joke about the fact Team Rocket had a Meowth is that, normally, Meowth can learn a move called Pay Day which usually involves finding money. In his origin, it's stated that in order to learn how to speak human language, Mewoth had to permanently unlearn a move...he of course chose Pay Day. Team Rocket often has money problems which would be solved if Meowth still knew Pay Day.

Maybe Phil should try to get Jasper to learn Pay Day. Or have an option to actually stream him attempting to teach the cat a pokemon move to meet some arbitrary support goal. The dent heads would love it.

That’s two games he’s threatening to wage quit in the same week. At this rate he’ll throw out the entire month of February’s releases. Makes you wonder what he would fall back to? Probably Skyrim and gamepass night.
