Also I think he is just looking for dents paying him money to play, he doesn't actually enjoy any game he plays at all.

Even with Pokemon the grift is still on because the dentheads are paying him. 50 USD for a streamer to unbox a card is INSANE and an actual card pack (or even a box) costs even less.

He definitely loves games with gacha and pseudo gacha mechanics, (and old jrpgs that tickle his nostalgiabone). The Minecraft streams were perhaps the peak example of the former, where in a game with quasi infinite things to explore and do he spent perhaps 30, 40% of it sitting on a little dock fishing and fishing and fishing and fishing for some gay little modded in fish because it was the closest thing he could get to doing pulls. As for the pokemen cards just look at how animated and zesty he looks discussing it or begging for it, he's 100% into it

He definitely loves games with gacha and pseudo gacha mechanics, (and old jrpgs that tickle his nostalgiabone).

Phil likes Gacha, but most of them currently are Waifu games (mostly because Sony and the payment processors drove all of them into the Gacha purgatory I guess), which DSP obviously hates. So at the end it's just WWE Champions and Pokemon Champions (surprised that he hasn't tried Pokemon Masters yet).

I remember he did play Genshin Impact at one point but he ditched it off very quickly. He hasn't gone totally off the deep end during that time however.

The Minecraft streams were perhaps the peak example of the former, where in a game with quasi infinite things to explore and do he spent perhaps 30, 40% of it sitting on a little dock fishing and fishing and fishing and fishing for some gay little modded in fish because it was the closest thing he could get to doing pulls.

I think not only that, he's also scared of exploring because the Creepers will annihilate his ass.

It was even worse than this because he wasn’t even doing it to catch actual fish. He was only fishing to try to get name tags so people could pay him to name shit in his world.

According to Phil, his “gym” is the storage nook where he used to keep all his statues and the spare bedroom is now a “second living room” that they needed for some reason.

What the fuck is a storage nook and how does that have more room to exercise over a full bedroom? More like his gym equipment is in storage and he ain't using that shit ever again. I'm guessing the "2nd living room" is because Phil thinks he needs a place to relax after "working" and needs to leave his ahhfice. But because Khet is too Fhet to go upstairs and probably too fat to fit through the doorframe of her bedroom she had to turn the downstairs living room into her den so Phil needs to stay upstairs with the doors closed to not wake her up. Funny how a guy that calls himself "the King" isn't even the king of his own castle, being cast out to his own bitch chambers. I'm sure in a couple years Phil will hop on the hot new trend of calling this room "the Man Cave" when he's going through his 4th or 5th mid-life crisis.

Phil is going to end up crashing out with the pokemon stuff, he is going to claim his streams are being centered around opening packs and not about the game. He did the same with the hats and vests but those were not costing him hundreds of dollars.
The fact this retard is charging 100$ to watch him open a pack of prismatic evolutions is actually insane, the cost of a pack right now is around 15$ he is charging over six times the normal asking price and he gets to keep the cards. And the best part is hes going to try to write this all off on his taxes as a business expense.

I don't think he is trying to write off the DoorDash etc. as a business expense. I think he is laying the groundwork for his next bankruptcy.

I am more interested in how his new Pokemon addiction affects the Pokemon cards sphere. It is always so fascinating to watch how the outside world, consisting of people not intimately familiar with Phil and what he is, reacts to him - from developers apologizing for giving him a free copy of a game to the WWE Champions Reddit banning any mention of DSP. Surely one of the most hated people on the Internet muscling his way into Pokemon cards in order to grift money causes some ripples in the water.
