I think Khet's "cancer scare" is likely being told she has PCOS or endometriosis (because that's a lot more likely in morbidly obese women. Being that fat fucks up all the organs, including reproductive ones, and a condition like chronic ovarian cysts increase cancer risk, if she doesn't get stomach cancer or something else from her lifestyle and diet.

Phil doesn't understand woman shit. If she had anything more serious, or even a more immediately grave prognosis, he'd probably loudly complain and also try to use it to get pity donos.

From following the munchies, this is what I think too. The cancer was probably a ovarian cyst or something. But she probably has the usual fat people and lady problems, diabetes, and the mental stress of dealing with Phil.

Was pretty funny yesterday. Phil was talking about his crooked receding hairline and snort sacks, saying he doesnt know if hes had a stroke or not. At least he's aware of his asymmetrical stroke face.

Yeah he did. The more savvy dents at least tried to snipe a name for the ones they thought would be put into his party, but most of them just got stored instantly never to be seen again.

Thankfully there were many stall sessions of 3+ minutes where even the dents weren't dumb enough to name a magikarp (or whatever) and Phil ended up being skunked for the name.

If i was as unfortunate looking as Phil I'd probably lean into it. Make it as cartoony as possible like a boardwalk characiture artist. But making it look as realistic as possible reveals deep insecurities. In my autistic opinion.

I'm not a doctor-style human, but from what I understand most people don't become immediately ill when they eat. That stuff does slow stomach emptying so I imagine you could trigger nausea more easily if you keep plowing down the grub, but it's not a given.

I believe how these GLP-1s work is that after you eat, it tricks your brain into thinking you're full longer so you don't eat for many hours after a meal. Phil usually eats near the end of the day stream and probably streams as soon as he wakes up without eating breakfast, so that fits.
