My $0.02 on the wheel affair:
When dealing with PP Burnell, it's important to remember that Phil is A) lazy B) extremely paranoid and C) cheap. As a result, we can rule out selling things altogether by employing a literary tool I used called "Learnell'd helplessness": Basically, you need to create a pre-stream topic about why Phil can't do it. Or in other words, "What would be your excuse to not do something if you were lazier than a hibernating bear and scared of your own shadow?"
For example, "LeiWulongLeftLeg tipped twenty dahllers, asking 'phil, why don't you just sell the wheel?'. First of all, thanks for the money. Second of all, I can't. Why? Let me explain. You see, in order to sell things, I'd need to first be able to find it, and it's under 20-30 different things, so I'd have to clean out my closet to do it. That's not happening in a stream unless I get support, because that's valuable time I could be spending playing games and garnering organic support in other ways, 'mmmkay? [snort]"
"AWL-so, in case you forgot, my trollsn'detractors are extremely obsessed with me to the point that I can't go to any website to sell things. Like, if I go to Facebook marketplace, my REAL NAME is there, and trolls could use that to stawlk me more in real life. Same goes for E-bay, or any other site, really. And what if it turns out the buyer is a troll and they do a charge back? Now I've wasted my time, and my money, and a troll has something I owned and can go 'uhhh, i stole darksydephil's steering wheel from him, check it out! i bet he's so pissed, you gaiyze!' And you may hear that and say that nobody would EVER do that, but it just goes to show how demented and obsessed my trolls are with getting any win over me. Besides, I've got no reason to sell anything. I'm extremely well-awff financially, and I'm doing great being sussessful here."
