Also all the protein shit he buys. The bars, the protein pasta, protein chips, protein buns, all of it is processed trash. He’d be much better off eating meat and vegetables and maybe whey powder to get to 100gs daily and he probably doesn’t even need that much given how much he’s working out (couple times a week light lifting is my guess).

Agree, hell people dont really need processed protein food because you can just make stuff at home. Of course is dsp we are talking so like the mark he is, the moment he sees "protein [insert food]" he will buy it disregarding nutrional value and how it would fit his diet. Although i do enjoy the little protein shakes, i do have learn to do shakes and yogurts using greek yogurt along with fruits, honey and milk. Dsp cant be bothered to learn to cook(and by cook i mean his fat whale of a wife cooking) new foods to help himself with the protein intake.

This idiot was complaining it wasn't a headset he could put on, forgetting this was made in the early 90s and was made so that kids with small frames and necks could play, so instead of load bearing on your neck it has a stand. I say it all the time, watching old Phil content I can see the façade of entertainment. It’s still content for wheelchairs and children, but I can see how someone very dumb (so most of the population) would find it entertaining.

Now? The begging is the entertainment. The whining and the crying is the content. The closest he comes to being entertaining is clown mode, which could work for the wheelchairs but he can’t even maintain that. Plus he looks so ghoulish now. He was never fun to look at but he looks 90 and acts like a bad tempered 10 year old.

Old Phil was amusing in a very straightforward way - an obnoxious mid 2000's gamerbro comically fails at playing video games.
Modern Phil is more esoteric; it's a black comedy about a middle-aged man trapped in a bizarre Truman show-esque existence desperately trying to convince himself that he's happy with the situation. Except it's entirely his own fault he's in there and he can leave at anytime ... but leaving would require admitting that he's kind of an asshole. So he just stays in the Truman show and pretends that actually he doesn't want to leave. Actually he likes being gawked at by thousands of people who all hate him and want him to fail. He is actually very happy with the situation guys. He is very happy this is how his life ended up.

You’ll notice he has not once mentioned his caloric intake. His knowledge of diet seems to be some vaguely remembered 90s non-fat garbage along with maybe some stuff from Twitter and some stuff he made up.

I saw some “protein soda” and thought of him. He thinks if he just eats protein he’ll gain muscles I guess? I mean he was talking about how he needed to do more crunches to get rid of his spare tire, he still thinks targeted fat loss is a thing.

All this talk of all this protein shit he’s eating, but we never get amounts, never get calories, never get his program or reps or anything. I believe there are pill GLP-1s, but they need to be taken daily.
