The closest possible scenario is unintentional suicide by cop, I think. If the popo ever suspect he's packing, I doubt Larson will follow orders to stop reaching.
 
I don't think being locked up will have rehabilitated Larson in anyway. His brain is literal mush at this point. He should be kept in a padded cell but we probably don't have to wait long before he does something stupid again and draws attention to himself if he gets access to the Internet.

Danderson hates meds, but if he really is in a situation where he's got handlers actually watching his devices and accounts, they're probably also keeping a close enough eye on him as part of his conditions of release for at least a while.

He'll be back to being a music industry big-shot eventually, but it could take months or even a year or two before he finally slips through the cracks of the system and ends up on the loose again.

Beyond incompetence at state levels, I do genuinely think that given Agent McDougall's existence the Glowies probably let him roam free since they can use him as a honeypot for zoomers.

I still can't believe that of all Daniel's deceptions, the Secret Service agent ended up being the real one.
