No word on the results of the hearing(s) yet that I know of. 2 new motions in the attempted murder case, filed yesterday and supposedly heard today by the same judge as the previously scheduled hearing.

Shooting mistakes tend to happen when a gorilla nigger is trying to murder you with his monkey paws. I don't really think him accidentally shooting himself is really indicative of anything other than "there was a scuffle happening and it made the situation chaotic."

Also, I'm no attorney, but it occurs to me that there should be a pretty lax standard on what constitutes recklessness if you reasonably believe your life to be in danger. And if not, well, whatever - better to be alive and in prison than dead.

Providing a bit of a clarification on timelines here.

At present, Chud is currently going through legal proceedings in two different counties on multiple different charges. Chud has two ongoing cases in Montgomery County where he lives, and three(?) ongoing cases in Davidson County. If you are looking to follow these cases on their respective websites, I will attach them below via hyperlink:

Davidson County
Montgomery County

When accessing the Montgomery County website, you will only be able to see the most basic of information related to the case without logging in. On that website page click Subscription Login, then USERNAME: mcgcourts followed by PASSWORD: courts. This should immediately allow you to look at the case notes and documentation.

Relevant case numbers are as follows:
63GS1-2026-CR-5295 (Murder case, Montgomery)
63GS1-2025-CR-13292 (Harassment case, Montgomery)
GS1111338 (Theft, Davidson)
GS1111339 (Disorderly Conduct, Davidson)
GS1111375 (Resisting Arrest, Davidson)

Right now we are looking at a hearing date of June 3rd, 2026 in the Davidson County cases. A motion filed on May 29th in the Montgomery County murder case has been pushed back to this same date. I suspect this is so that the court in Montgomery County can rule depending on what the court in Davidson County decides to do, given that Chud was out on bond in that case when the shooting occurred. The harassment case is pending a grand jury and has been since April 28th. Chud was also out on bond in that case when the shooting occurred.

Should be an interesting week for his defense.
 
This guy is a prime wigger and in a case of a race war breaking out should be sent to the frontlines immediately to die as quickly as possible, the fact that there are people who are holding him as some sort of champion is pathetic.

The one cowboy who traveled to Chud’s hearing seems a pretty good boil down of regular Groyperphiles whom follow these guys. He defends Chud on the grounds of the constitution, but immediately goes into a racial diatribe about the Js after hearing the reporter’s surname. This sort of super awkward antagonistic attitudes goes until the reporter says he supports Palestine, at which points he 180s again to hold him to be a good Jew. It’s ideology guiding socializing and it’s super cringeworthy when you see it
