Something certainly happened, though I'm curious to know what. Unfortunately, it does not appear that the State of Tennessee has a centralized system to access county and state court records. Each county is left to its own devices, it seems. That said, there is a fascinating amount about ChudTheBuilder on here.
There's a mess of criminal and civil cases. There's a harassment case most recently, but he also had a couple of civil cases from what looks like lending companies. He owes them both, collectively, like $4,000. Guess there's going to be another hand out for those GoFundMe dollars.
Funnily enough, the judge in the $3,000 case is the same judge presiding over his trial for attempted first degree murder. I'm sure that the guy is absolutely thrilled to have to deal with ChudtheBuilder more than he already had to previously.
He is Eastern Orthodox. The Eastern Orthodox have a long catechism program for anyone looking to get baptised into the church. It isn't like a typical protestant church where you just come in and they will baptise you within a week if you say you believe in Jesus. It typically lasts at least half a year from what I know and 1 year seems to be a pretty standard length for someone to be a catechumen before being baptised.

He did not complete catechism as he got kicked out. Since he isn't in good standing with this priest, it's likely that any future parish he visits will be notified of his antics and bar him from entering until he makes amends. I don't even think he'll be able to get an Orthodox burial like catechumens typically do since he isn't actively in the faith.
Also the catechumen period can be as short as ten months or as long as three years depending on the priest. The former is the most common and just long enough for a full liturgical cycle while the ladder was the original catechumen period which isn't practiced as much anymore. Anything shorter than that is typically because of marriage or something.

He has another court appearance scheduled 6/1 @ 0915 in Davidson County (Nashville) for the 3 charges from the restaurant incident: Theft $1,000 or less, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct. I'm only archiving one, but the hearing info is the same for all 3. Same attorney as his 2 open criminal cases in Clarksville. Total bond for all 3 is $5k.
The courthouses are about an hour away from each other; anyone know if he'll appear in person or remotely? And can we watch it live?
I don't know if this is meaningful, but that judge/courtroom/date/time combination is listed as the "Felony Jail" docket on the court's schedule. These 3 charges are misdemeanors. There's a separate misdemeanor jail docket, and 2 separate criminal bond dockets.

He could have been reckless had he, I don't know, held one hand over his eyes while mag-dumping wildly in the general direction of a threat 20 feet from him, sure. However, we know that isn't what happened. We know that those shots all discharged while they were in a physical altercation, a struggle for control and likely the gun. Its as equally plausible that Fox is responsible not just for the circumstances that caused the gun to be fired (by attacking Dalton) but for any rounds that threatened others (by physically struggling for control of the gun).

archive from 18th of May, the goal of this campaign was to raise $20k to cover "immediate upfront attorney fees" despite Chud being declared indigent (read: extremely poor) from the court's perspective and getting a public defender, so where'd this need for $20k come from given he got court appointed council? does that shit cost anywhere near $20k?
it was then replaced with a new campaign also started by the same(?) Alexis Williams in the last 48 hours but this time the money was designated for Chud's family, the only benefactor here being Chud's girlfriend even though the language and imagery would suggest it would go towards his son and ex-wife (the "Chud Family", with the earlier banner having an image of Chud's censored son that was also made by Alexis Williams), with a $40k donation made in the last few hours.

according to the web archive the above GSG was made earlier in mid-November 2025 due to him getting fired and needing money to support his kid etc, but his family has since left him (due to him becoming a notorious retard) so the campaign still has the vestigial elements of a family and 2 -year old that needs supporting even though they're no longer in the picture, with the campaign now pivoting solely towards legal defense.
