I don't even actually hate this Vicious, he's such an emo clown who keeps making these fucking faces. ACTUAL things he says and does, for anyone who can't be arsed to watch this:
- "You were supposed to be my brother. YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO LOVE ME" (towards Spike)
- [edgy monologue about razors slitting the skin] [orgasmic gasp] Spike: 'you let a woman shave your balls with a straight razor?' [cue a minute long dialogue about their pubes, yes Vicious manscapes!]
- abusive dad backstory, his dad made him watch his mother commit suicide when he was 9.

Idk why but the scene where jet gave his daughter ein really pissed me off. Like why the fuck is he at this normal suburban house in a show about cowboys in space 150 years in the future. It just feels like it was written by that guy who made that long ass loud house fan fiction

I don't. The child actor "identifies" as non-binary, which means her parents (likely single mother) groomed her.
That should make you feel bad for the kid. It's like a vegetarian cat. You know who is really calling the shots.

I'm surprised they didn't black Ed given in the Anime she has brownish skin.
Yea its very strange. Hollwood loves to replace gingers with blacks. I guess the non-binary thing trumps being black on the oppression stack.

Honestly him having a daughter in general is just terrible since it ruins his dynamic with the team with how he has an outside attachment from the team.

Because it makes Jet more complex or some bullshit. Just another example of writing incompetnce and retards not understanding the setting of the show.

Well non-binaries/troons have gotten on the top rung of the oppression ladder now.

The live action Cowboy Bebop is managing to make Colin Kaepernick trying too hard to show how black he is on Netflix look like a national treasure.

Because how else would we insert the "black guy with white woman" trope without having to make another strong independent woman who needs no man, or another MCU action girl?

I know the standards for child actors is low but this is just bad. Like worst than a fanfilm. Also looks like they're gonna butcher Vincent if this shitfest ever gets a season 2.

The kid's acting is fucking atrocious. The writing is terrible, the angles and everything is even worse, but holy shit, she fucking sucks at acting. She's trying her best, so she's already leages better than this wannabe Spike, but for fuck's sake, trying to emulate Ed's weirdness in this way is just fucking mind melting.

The entire Ed scene looks like a fucking Nostalgia critic skit that'd show up in a review of the anime.
Dude. If only you knew how fucking right you are... so let me introduce you to Hope "JesuOtaku" Chapman's Ed shtick in Channel Awesome's anniversary movie:

And here's the truly horrifying part: JesuOtaku is less awkward and more on point here. Let that sink in.
That clip from the front page makes it look like the adaption was made by nickelodeon in the 1990s
My thoughts exactly, the angles, the directing the acting, everything looks like it was from a Nickelodeon show. Even the effects look vaguely 90s.

I have a hunch I could make a better looking show using a garage as a set and I've never worked with video editing software. This show has production values so low, it barely counts as a production.

I legit thought for a minute that those images you attached were that Malfoy dude from Harry Potter. Vicious looks like a fucking tard.

TBF, Tijuana in the original show looks like Tijuana today. You wouldn't know meteors randomly rain down on it by looking at that first episode.
