Labour politician Andy Burnham is appointed Prime Minister of the United Kingdom by King Charles III on the morning of 20 July 2026 following his landslide victory in the Labour leadership election after the resignation of P.M. Keir Starmer.

Burnham was previously Mayor of Greater Manchester before resigning to run for the MP election for Makersfield to challenge Starmer's leadership as the leader of the British Labour Party and ultimately the position of Prime Minister. Burnham wins the election and Starmer later resigns knowing he won't be able to beat him in the leadership election due to Starmer's extreme unpopularity. Burnham's ministry sees the sacking of Deputy PM David Lammy and Chancellor Rachel Reeves following diversity demands and extreme tax hikes respectively as well as hiring the former leader of Labour Ed Miliband as Foreign Secretary, who does not know how to eat a sandwich.

Since David Cameron's resignation as Prime Minister in 2016 following Brexit, the UK has overseen 6 different Prime Ministers within ten years:

For some heartwarming news for once, firefighters rescued a small dog that went missing for weeks after it was found swimming half a mile from the shore in the San Francisco Bay. The pup went missing on the Fourth of July and is now safely back to it's beloved owner

The Bri'ish (who are allegedly humans) have taken another embarrassing L as Ofcom admits it can take no further legal action against Sanctioned Suicide, a website they are desperate to censor and shut down. It's almost as if the site is in another country that was involved in a war the UK lost 250 years ago and no longer controls, what a shocker.

Ofcom said it is unable to take further legal action against a pro-suicide forum which campaigners say has been linked to over 130 UK deaths.

The regulator said the site had blocked access for the "vast majority" of UK users, and it had "no further legal routes available" under the Online Safety Act.

But it accepted people would still be able to access the forum by using a VPN, which hides your location online.
