The defense team of Aaron Spencer has been successful in forcefully removing blatantly corrupt judge Barbara Elmore from the fathers murder case.

For those unfamiliar with the case. Aaron Spencer shot and killed former police chief Michael Fosler while he was kidnapping his 13 year old daughter from their house. Michael Fosler was at the time out on a bond granted by Judge Elmore he was facing 43 child sexual abuse related charges in connection with a previous attack on Aaron Spencers daughter.

Update: New Judge dismissed the case for misconduct reasons.

The dismissal was due to Lonoke County Sheriff’s deputies mishandling of evidence, which the court said was crucial to Spencer’s ability to prove that he was justified in shooting Michael Fosler in October 2024. The court said failure to preserve the evidence — a memory card from a dash camera in Fosler’s truck — violated Spencer’s right to due process and amounted to conduct “so egregious that it warrants dismissal.”

With the dismissal and the fact he won the republican primary for Sheriff in a very red county it is very likely he will become sheriff.

At the Cologne Major, the elimination match of Team NRG () vs Team BIG () came down to one final map. NRG started the map up 12-0 (with 13 needed to win), already rare on its own. Then out of nowhere, BIG managed to win SIXTEEN ROUNDS IN A ROW, taking it to Overtime and winning the map against all odds.
