Oh, we have one of those too. Would love to see Hollywood take it and run away with it.

Some versions of this tale have impressively wicked shit in it, like the shapeshifter turning into the girl (so that the tsar pursuing the prince calls off the chase only to have the werewolf change back and maul him on the wedding night) and, in one version, the wolf getting tired of having to bail the prince out after all of the prince's fuckups and keeping the girl for himself in the very end.
