I read a doctor's memoir once where he referred to fibro and CFS (among other disorders) as Shit Life Syndrome. He wasn't willing to say his patients weren't genuinely sick, but every single one of his patients with those disorders had shitty, awful, dead-end, inescapable lives. Since then, I've spotted quite a bit of SLS in people I've known or known about.

I keep forgetting her "heart condition" that she doesn't receive treatment for and doesn't take medication for and has never been tested for. The "heart condition" that she's going to the ER for multiple times, and that has netted her a 72 hour hold at least once because of hysterics.

You approached Brianna privately to beg for money, Wu turned you down, you then chimped out in a spectacular fashion (as you normally do), and then tried poorly to blackmail her. Also, Brianna never once spoke about you publicly; you posted that chat log on your own. You were so hilariously insane and inept that you made Brianna Wu look like a professional, reasonable human being!
That line also shows how little Chloe is connected to the circle right now. Brianna has essentially been exiled from the various cliques because they all hate her and Wu's Patreon bleeds money from month to month.

I've known exactly two who don't fit that - people whose lives were in an amazing place when they contracted the virus which started it all and never fully resolved. Unfortunately, CFS/fibromyalgia is used as a diagnosis of last resort for the "we don't know how to treat this and we have no idea when it will improve, but probably within 10 years" cases of post-viral syndrome as well as for those whose somatic symptoms seem to stem from ennui and/or trauma.
Chloe seems to have multiple issues going on. Being batshit doesn't make one immune to physical illness but severe mental illness can cause physical symptoms. At the very least, good mental health care would help her to cope better with any chronic physical conditions she might have. Unfortunately, Chloe herself is the biggest obstacle to her getting that care.

The doctor in question had an urban practice in the NHS. He didn't doubt that the illnesses were real, just that his own patients were full to the gills with miseries, enough to explain a lot of their symptoms.

Is this the first time Chloe has actually used the term "manic" to justify her behaviour? It's always so hard to know with Chloe whether she's used Dr Google to decide she has a condition or whether a specific disorder has been raised as a possibility by her doctors and she's either rejected it outright or chosen not to follow the treatment plan.
It's also interesting how her learned helplessness seems to be getting worse. She's gone from "can't adult" to not being able to care for herself in any way. She can't even "child" at this point, which makes the only realistic option some kind of institutional/supported accommodation.

Not to armchair too much, but I've privately held the belief that Chloe is manic/bipolar. She has multiple times in the past used the "I was just bouncing around super happy doing stuff and ALL OF A SUDDEN, FOR NO REASON, people said I was acting really weird and got mad at me!!!". She's described being so autistically worked up she can only communicate by barking like a dog, and that she thrashes and screams for no reason when she isn't chock full of magical energy that lets her work on a game for 3 days with minimal sleep before crashing into slumber.
Chloe is a fucking lunatic and she needs a serious cocktail of medications to even her out, and someone to force her to take them every day. She hates taking her pills and hates seeing doctors, especially since not a single one will tell her she has fibro or give her Magic Pills to fix all her problems. Any chance she gets she takes too many or takes none at all.
She's like a puppy - incredibly stupid and self destructive. Unless you crate it and feed it and train it and never let it out of your sight, it's going to eat your couch, throw it all up on the floor, and then eat the throw up.

I actually started wondering about that, myself. But what @Smutley says about her being bipolar actually makes more sense, I think. It would explain the energy spikes, the weird borderline-psychotic fits, the cycling of "everything is awesome" to crippling depression in nothing flat, & of course---
---psychosomatic pain.
But then again, she could be Borderline, too. There's so much overlap it's hard to distinguish one from the other.

This is my takeaway as well. I do believe she's mentally ill, which of course, precludes her from self-diagnosing herself. I've spent a great deal of time with people who were trying to seem "crazy" or "unusual" and that isn't what Chloe is doing. Any conversation with her has touches of that genuine, real sort of madness that fiction writers and (most) actors can only try attempt to tap into. She's got the real insanity.

It's often not just pain.
Conversion disorder can produce a whole range of physical symptoms, including things like blindness and paralysis. The symptoms are real and not imagined, but recovery requires identifying and treating the underlying mental health issues. It's most common in people who have been exposed to some kind of trauma (it's known to occur in a small percentage of people with PTSD).
Chloe is clearly some kind of batshit and it's possible to have multiple mental health conditions. Personality disorders and the psychotic disorders aren't mutually exclusive, but it would likely take years to get Chloe stable even if she was a co-operative patient committed to her own recovery. She isn't, so for now the best option is probably to chemically restrain her behaviour and place her in a facility where her basic survival needs are met by others until/unless she improves sufficiently to participate in her own care. Some people never do. Some people just eventually have a psychotic break from which they never return.
What clearly can't continue is non-professionals trying to support and care for Chloe. She probably will end up a homeless bag lady if she's exhausted and alienated everyone to such an extent that they've withdrawn for the sake of their own sanity - and it sounds very much like that's the case.
Will she ever kill herself? If she does have bipolar disorder then there's a non-trivial risk that she will and that risk increases as she gets older. Unmedicated, she's also likely to experience more frequent episodes and worse episodes over time. She truly does seem to be one of those people who needs to be "locked up for her own good". Her life wasn't great before but it has really deteriorated markedly in the last few years.
