I read he also dropped out of college after the first semester. If that's true, it must be something to go from 18 years of "oh, you're so smart, look at your test scores" to being literally unable to pass a single set of college classes with a D-. I've known plenty of people who were broken by college but it usually takes a lot longer than that and involves being saddled with obscene loans they know they can never pay back.
