And... Lordkat/troon is an atheist. I can't watch more than a second listening to that voice so if someone can tolerate it can it be summed up? Thank you.

Attempt at impartial summary:

- Claims no trauma, anger or negative experiences with their Christian upbringing
- Their journey to Atheism began with prayer. They prayed to win at a videogame they struggled to win for months. The game was softlocked and unwinnable but they did not know that at the time. It was not the reason, but its their deepest memory about prayer
- They had doubts before going to seminary and a church brother told them to read the Bible. They read the whole Bible and had trouble relating to it and finding meaning in it. The Bible did not explain things or provide evidence their "autistic/engineer" brain demanded and demanded interpretation they believe made it meaningless to autistics. The Bible was either literally true (demonstrably false) or not speaking a language autistics could understand. This conflict lead them to exploring Atheism.

Fixed. Don't do the pronoun shit.

That is MovieBob tier "playing gameboy at grandma's funeral" level of autistic.

Point number one is deliberately a lie on his part because back a decade ago when he was podcasting he had revealed a piece of trauma that was directly brought on by his Catholic upbringing: having been molested as a child while serving as an altar boy.

I don't know if he lied about that years ago or as avoiding bringing up now for various reasons. Or maybe that trauma wasn't what caused Jason to go down the atheist path.

Transperson being a molestation victim is a cliché and gives evidence to the culture war/debate that transgenderism is the result of being victimized. It is likely that Kat is sweeping their own abuse under the rug for the cause.

Damn now I want to know what legitimately happened to the guy, but we'll probably never know.

And Willow had magic in it, which means it's sacrilegious. Lordkat was always going to Hell.

I think this might be off the charts actually.

Need a knowledgeable and devout Christian to watch this entire video and give a summary.

He prayed for something God couldn't do without glitching the laws if physics so the prayer being unanswered doesn't really prove God doesn't listen, funnily enough.

Oooooh. I look forward to this from one of my favorite writers.
Like other internet media collectives of the 2000’s - That Guy With The Glasses comes to mind, as does ScrewAttack and CineMassacre - Rooster Teeth was one of those things that made the internet of yesteryear special in a way that it isn’t today. You’ll hear me say more about this whenever I inevitably roll around to covering Doug Walker and his buddies at TGWTG2, but there was this pirate radio feeling to it all; with nothing but a camera and some friends, these random nobodies from across middle America were doing whatever they pleased, making money off of it, and appeared to be having a good time doing it. They were creating the content they wanted to create, all outside of the established entertainment industry system at the periphery of nerd culture, and finding enough success that they could quit their shitty, unfulfilling day jobs to live out every media-addicted dork’s dream of becoming a movie critic or filmmaker or actor. And if they could do it… maybe you could, too.

The footnote?
I’ve already covered one of That Guy With The Glasses’s heaviest hitters, the Spoony One, in a four part retrospective, if you want to whet your appetite.
