Lol no. Pharaohs came in a lot of colours over a lot of time. Some were indeed Nubian and some were Ptolomeic Greeks. rameses’s mummy looks awfully like he’s lighter skinned. It’s hard to go that far back and relate ethnic groups to what we have today - entire peoples have lived and died and moved and bred. The early Egyptians weren’t black, but some of the later Nubian ones were. Some of the early ones seem to have been rather light.
As for the pyramids, and Egypt etc i think there’s a whole much earlier layer of stuff there that doesn’t look or seem to be constructed like the later stuff is. Egyptians decorated tombs to bits and the pyramid is bare. The pyramid (I’m talking about the big Giza ones, some of the others are very obviously tombs) just doesn’t look like that. The Serepeum doesn’t and some of the temples in front of the pyramid have what seems to be like a much older, megalithic type layer in them. It looks like when you see a house that’s used the old stone built chimney breasts and new stonework in between
I think some of that stuff has been there a while and we have no idea what it was built for or who built it.
I can well imagine it’s a megalithic ‘machine.’ I don’t mean that in an ‘it’s aliens!’ Way but as in ‘we put these blocks here to do a specific thing’ like Stonehenge or callanish. Maybe stars shine through in specific dates or you could track specific and meaningful dates. I don’t know. It must have meant a lot to them whatever it was.
I know people have some very peculiar theories on it all but I suspect it’s as simple as that human history is just a tad older than we know and people were building these megalithic structures to do the things that were important to them perhaps ten or twenty k years or maybe even more before we realise.
I’m not sure why there’s so much resistance to the idea when we’ve got clearly abstract thought capable humans producing complex 3d art 35-42 thousand years ago at the very least. Just look at the Löwenmensch figure. That’s up to 41-42 thousand years old.
I don’t think it’s aliens or teleportation chambers, I just think that there’s an earlier layer of archaeology there and that that specific pyramid doesn’t look like a tomb, but a structure that’s symbolic in some way.
Anatomically modern humans have been around a while and the idea we just sat around doing fuck all for 185 thousand years then decided cities might be great has never really resonated with me. I think we’ve probably got a longer and more interesting history than that. Smaller populations you could see getting to Bronze Age level then being wiped out by war or famine etc, a thousand years later what’s left?

Part of the issue with Lolita is the Kubruck movie whitewashed the film to remove a good chunk of the really nasty shit from the novel and made it safe for housewives and normies. Kubrick later disowned the film, stating that he resented having to change as much as he did to get the film past the censors and that had he known how much he had to compromise, he would have never made the film.

It's still a good movie though and ironically, is the only version of the Lolita story where Lolita has a happy ending/normal life; as the novel and the late 90s remake keeps the novel's ending where the main character dies giving birth to a stillborn child.
