No idea what motivations her mind is cooking up. She’s off her rocker, thinks she is receiving covert messages in the media, and thought the indictment against her cousin was the illuminati “sending her a message.” Can’t think of any other reason to lie and run defense otherwise than fear of being connected/linked to someone like that. Probably thinks the government is gonna come after her or some shit.

Why would she be ‘panicked’ about something a cousin was imprisoned for? Or anyone in her family for that matter? And why would it be some BIG STORY (in ralphapiggy’s mind)?

Eh, families will believe a lot of stupid shit to maintain cohesion. Like his parents whole heartedly believe whatever stupid story the perp or his lawyer concocted and then they tell the family what really happened and next thing you know there’s a recording of Scarlett repeating it on social media. Circling the wagons used to be a common thing amongst white people but now only the blacks really seem to commit to it.
Ralph is sitting on more receipts (allegedly) regarding this guy and claims he can solidly prove the relation but I’m not counting on him releasing anything.

I have no idea how this works, but is it plausible for Ralph to still be on the hook for child support even if he severs all parental rights? There are avenues for both answers make sense in my mind, but I'm sure it'd hinge on the court agreeing just as much as Faith.
If you are able to terminate your parental rights you can absolutely get out of child support. It is a process though and not one that is just freely granted. The courts above all want to prevent the child from becoming a ward of the state, a parent can't just opt out of being a parent unless certain things are in place. It would require cooperation from Faith and they would need to prove she is capable and secure in supporting Xander without assistance. Generally in the cases where this goes through there is a stable stepdad willing to adopt and take on financial and legal responsibility.
A good example of this is Patrick S. Tomlinson's paper abortion. His wife left him for a real man and Patrick was able to terminate his rights because the other guy stepped up and adopted his daughter. I don't know much about what Faith is up to, but if she is in a stable and secure marriage with an actually responsible man they would likely be good candidates for termination of Ralph's parental rights.
On the other hand, Faith is also is a good position to exclude Ralph from Xanax's life and still fuck his life up keeping him on the hook for support and the Vickers seem like the type to chose the most vindictive and trashy route available to them.

This is the situation I desire, but it's not like it's make a difference. Ralph ain't (can't, LOL) pay regadless, and I'm of the belief there's a very good chance he may not step foot in the country his daddeh gave him ever again. The only real reprocrussion in that case is getting his passport revoked, but I'm not convinced that really matters all that much. Ralph will just hide like a cockroach by crawl into shittier circumstances, and there's no reason to believe the authorities (Mexican or US) care enough to expend resources for the Great Gunt Hunt.
Plus he'll still continue larping about having two white keeeeedz that'll eventually search they're daddeh out when they're 18. While the larp may not be tethered to reality in any way, it's the only bullet in his chamber to own da alogs.
It would be better for Faith to paper abort Xander. Ralph would be cut out of her life completely instead of having to deal with a dead beat asking for lower and lower installments of child support. But Ralph knows da alogs would be all over him with that and he would not go through with it.
Interdesting. Candy Cane County may have persevered through the legal and bureaucratic battle, but can they withstand the Ralphamale's might? Maybe being hollered at by a fat, pilled out manlet with BPD will change their mind.

Unfortunately if rumors are true she moved on and is married. Plus she has to be willing to pay for Ralph’s flight. I’m also unsure of how Ralph’s broke ass will manage to ply her with a coke habit.
