That sounds like the sort of thing she'd do, but I just assumed she was saying it to get more credibility.My apologies. I got confused by all the conflicting reports she's given about, well, everything.
And that just makes it all worse. She was not broadening the term "child" to include all of her adolescent years; she was intentionally misleading people. My guess is that she wanted to seem younger to the people on Susans in order to fit in with the younger userbase on the site. You know, the ones who are the most confused about their transgendered status and the ones who need the most support. She was looking for the easiest group to manipulate.
I'm now really concerned about what sort of behaviour she was engaged in when she got booted from the site.![]()
If you say "This was my favourite childhood thing" people tend to understand what that means. You've got a nostalgia about it and it might have influenced your tastes and attitudes as an adult. If you're 21 years old, however, it just kind of says "I really liked this thing so I ripped off a lot of it for own thing."
