Simple: Wu is addicted to Twitter.
The fact they're perfectly willing to (badly) pretend they're somebody else just to use the platform to has out stupid little idiotic messages proves they're probably in need of intervention badly.
But she isn't even bothering to pretend after even the mildest prodding. Which means there was no point to her Twitter-break at all.
If her followers had even an iota of self-awareness, it might occur to them to feel foolish - or even a bit ripped off if they'd told someone they thought was genuinely upset, "It's okay, Bri, you take as much time as you need to decompress, we'll be here for you." And EIGHT MINUTES LATER see, "It's me! Tra-la! Kiwi F-... uh... GAMERGATE will never confront me with my lies on this Twitter, which I am certain none of them are watching."
