He said something about lymphedema (he got a car door slammed on one, gangrene or some shit, and not getting the leg removed spread the lymphedema to the other leg) in his legs and not actually following the treatment for it (keep his legs raised for 12 hours or something)
Keep in mind that boogie has been a fat fuck for most of his life, so him having lymphedema is realistically possible, regardless of how he spins it.
