He's lost over 100lbs, and yet his body fat % has remained the same. He's somehow happy about this. Dude thinks he's a strong fat and let that lean mass fly off! I bet he's supposed to be doing basic strength exercises and isn't. He's going to be surprised when the weight loss stalls because his TDEE isn't 4K calories a day anymore.
He looks like he's aged 20 years in those photos but I think the real time is like 3 years?

His face looks a little thinner. It's hard to tell with his rather unkempt beard.
Boogie is an extreme weight case, so the more obvious effects will take a while to really notice, but 100lbs is pretty impressive even if he's probably not going for the extremes we usually see in these cases. I suspect Boogie is going for a more managed weight loss rather then the yo-yoing that usually happens in these cases.

It's nice to see that Boogie is loosing a lot weight. He's still overweight, but it doesn't look like he needs to lather himself up in crisco anymore to go through doors. Now he just has to turn sideways. Sadly I don't think he'll ever drop below 350lbs.
