I'm going to put a marker down and guess that Keem's next move is to pull a "we won't sue you for defamation if you agree to come on our show once" deal which Maddox claimed that Nick Rekieta tried to pull with him. Maddox told Rekieta to pound sand, and surprise surprise, no lolsuit was filed.
He would also need to provide discovery of private communications about the show which would reveal if anything considered "scripting" takes place.
More reason why no lolsuit will be filed.

True. Like I don't wish to watch DSP's downfall or anything, but that's because honestly his offenses seem so lackluster I don't care in one way or the other. Wings however I would like to see his redemption arc, an underdog story. But cows like Boogie, Poopsquatch, Cyrax, Johnny Elbows (is he even still around?), etc I'll watch with glee every moment of their suffering. Then there are cows like Chris Chan and Cobra, that they are just actually interesting to watch, like a catastrophic car crash you can't help but to watch out of curiosity.

There's no fucking way Keem is genuinely going to try to sue DSP. This is more gay shit Keem is trying to pull to keep the show relevant after the stinker that was the tattoo stream. My shitty opinion about the drama is that the freakouts and lies of Boogie are geniune, but Keemstar manipulates the situation. Boogie is a narcissistic bitch, and Keem knows 100% what presses his buttons.
For example he could have just told Boogie and Wings that "nah, we are not talking about the abuse stuff." But instead he told Boogie that "I won't talk about it, but Wings could". This primed Boogie into panic mode already, but to add extra insult to "injury" Boogie used to consider Wings to his inferior. Yet time and time again he runs circles around the Boogster.
So the show, in my opinion is not 100% scripted, but it's rather nudged and managed. Of course I am already tired of the million+1 chance Boogie gets to get back on the show. That part is fucking fake, and padding for money. I get it, it's making money, but man, do two more Boogie freakouts and he may start dropping his spaghetti about actually illegal stuff and get you in legal trouble.

He just needed a genetics test for JAK2, which is literally all the confirmation you need for p-vera. That test could have been completed in about a week (maybe 2 if we're generous).

A genetics test would've told him the same thing as a bone biopsy, and again, it could've been done and taken care of *ages* ago, certainly not 2 fucking years.
Also, no doctor would throw cancer out there without confirmation; he might've suggested SECONDARY, but actual cancer? Without confirmation? Using the least effective (blood test) method? I'll be putting my money on fat retard just saying retarded things and trying to convince the internet he knows how a cancer diagnosis and treatment process works for 200, Alex.
His blood wouldn't even determine p-vera; it would determine p-secondary.
The problem is that the second one wasn't as effective of a gibs me grift since it's not actual cancer. He knew for a long time; he's just such an amoral parasite that he didn't care.
