Some guy approached Boogie on twitter last night about his plagiarism and the whole thing is fishy.

made a tweet pinging Boogie, all the cows on lolcowlive and Keemstar that he knew of a way to catch Boogie in his lie about "watching the tiktok". I don't know why Boogie is so hung up on the tiktok side of the plagiarism claim but apparently this guy is as well? Anyway, he says in his video that you can simply show your tiktok history to show your innocence or guilt as to if you watched the tiktok or not. I am guessing TW made a Tiktok of his original plagiarism claim?

Anyway, Boogie responds 2 hours later, all too happy to clear the air and show his Tiktok history:

So, a couple problems here. You can delete a single video from your Tiktok video history easy as this courtesy of a tiktok FAQ:
In your TikTok profile tap the hamburger menu and go to Settings and Privacy > Watch History. On this page, to delete a single video from your history, tap and hold on that video. Then, in the prompt that opens, select "Delete."

Also, a quick look at this guy's history and he's been liking Boogie tweets, Keem, DramaAlert and lolcow live tweets in the past.

Now I'm not saying to go harass the guy, but AT BEST he's a retarded fan of lolcowlive and it does nobody any favors serving up big softballs to Boogie so that he can go change his tiktok history (did he even see this on tiktok and not youtube anyway...?).

Or this was some little gay ops with Boogie and now Boogie has something he can go back to and say "look, I showed my tiktok history and everything! I hadn't seen TalentlessWriter's videos and I provided the receipts!!"

Now in the small chance that this guy is just retarded, I'll say this. Don't go running around social media claiming that you have "proof" that someone lied, if your proof is that the liar needs to provide the proof and it is easily edited beforehand. This worked with MundaneMatt because it was done on the spot and because he's retarded, but it won't work here. What would have possibly worked is if someone like Tommy had pressured Boogie to show his YouTube history right then and there on lolcowlive, but it's all theatre and that ship has sailed anyway.

But this also has a lot of hallmarks of Boogie gay ops, way too many scenarios in the past decade where someone approaches Boogie with a retarded question and Boogie can easily come out looking better for it.

God, Boogie really has spent most of his life buying food and dumb shit for his lifestyle that he has no comprehension of how selling works. In that latest Lolcow Live episode he's adamant he can get 2k on a MtG card because one of them sold at auction for that price.

Firstly, if that's the top worth Boogie is talking about for a card like that, it's likely that it's for one in the best condition. As seen in the documentary Boogie just throws cards in a box and shuffles them over to his local shop to pawn them off. Chances are his card is going to be of much less value since it wouldn't be graded as highly as the 2k one, and knowing Boogie he's likely never bothered to go out and have his cards graded or kept in pristine condition.

And secondly, Boogie doesn't seem to grasp that most buyers are looking to make a quick, profitable sell. Sure, there's going to be buyers who buy cards for use or to hold onto for the long-term and will be happy to pay a similar price, but 95% of the people he will be selling to will want to make a quick profit given how profitable the MtG market can be. If a card is indeed worth 2k then a buyer will buy it for a fraction less to make an end profit themselves when they sell it on. Boogie couldn't seem to wrap his head around that when Tommy was explaining he could maybe get 70% of the value, and was adamant he could get the same price he saw online. He's like fifty years old, and he's been buying MtG cards for thirty fucking years, how the hell does this fat fuck not know how commerce works?

This recent Boogie episode re: plagiarism is all the proof you need that Lolcow Live is worthless and quickly going nowhere. It is interesting however for the sole fact that these latest lies from Boogs serve as an excellent reference point. What I mean by that is how we have textbook, indisputable evidence that he straight up stole from this other YouTube creator and lifted his work basically verbatim. And yet his initial lies on the matter, failure to tell the truth, low IQ attempts at deflecting and covering it up/obfuscating what happened after the fact ("obviously I didn't steal it, I'm not even on Tik Tok - duh! are you stupid?"), all follow the same script as his response to countless other times he's lied in the past but still continues to deny ever doing so. This even includes his trademark attempt at reaching out to the creator in question to guilt trip him in DM's where he says one thing, but then goes on to say something entirely else in public when called to task.

If he's willing to continue lying about something as blatant and obvious as this most recent plagiarism, even when it's as low stakes as simply pissing off a nobody YouTuber, then of course he's perfectly content lying about everything else. If he's this comfortable looking like a retard by doubling down on something this insignificant, then he'd go to the end of the Earth continuing to lie about his more outlandish claims he wields for attention like the lies regarding his many rapes, childhood assault, made-up cancer, etc.

It sheds light on all of the many other instances he's lied and then gone on to double and triple down, even in the face of enormous evidence stacked against him. The SWAT-ting saga being the most prominent example of this behavior. This all reminds me of a time when he responded to Sam & Tolki 4~ years ago and unironically said "I have not told a lie in at least a decade". We are fortunate this time around to have the clips prepared side-by-side for easy viewing where in Boogie's words "you'd have to be so incredibly stupid to believe" that he's not in fact lying about stealing this guy's video script. Boogie is so desperate for others to believe him that when he has a chance to show proof he's telling the truth, he jumps at the opportunity. When he's clearly telling lies, you get responses like his emotional denial to produce any when asked to present a single document that affirms some kind of cancer diagnosis like a lab result, oncology statement, etc. He's also not averse to fabricating proof or manipulating what he thinks he can pass off as evidence, like the reckless driving ticket or when he was manually adding steps and faking his Apple Health data.

I say that Lolcow Live is dead because if Wings and Tommy take the approach they did in this video to Boogie even with a slam dunk case of him lying right to their faces + the viewers, where they add in all these useless qualifiers, continue to give him the benefit of the doubt and allow him easy "outs" while handing him the floor to just keep lying and saying it was a coincidence, then obviously this show is already over. At one point Tommy even says "I'm not smart enough to recognize if this is plagiarism or not" - what?! The response should be nothing less than calling out his lies in vicious detail, talking over him, and laughing at his attempts to squirm out of it while ruthlessly shaming him. We the viewers know he is lying. They know he is lying. So why the song and dance? Do they think people tune in for the "Giving Boogie infinite get-out-of-jail-free cards show"?

What even is the defense they're putting up for him? Wings makes a big deal about not believing it's stolen because there are other parts of the video after the stolen segments that were not plagiarized. That is so retarded that I'm left to believe Wings and Boogie struck a deal of some kind. Perhaps to not throw each other under the bus and instead essentially work as a team so that the heat is never on too much of either of them at any given time.

Boogie says that he never could have plagiarized this creator's video because he finds the underage women that he follows on his own Tik Tok account "boring and gross".

Boogie asks if Quentin Tarantino plagiarizes when he's influenced by other movies and recreates similar scenes "shot for shot", and argues this isn't stealing. But Tarantino had to see those movies to be influenced by them. Boogie's argument is that he never even saw this guy's video until after people were alerting him of it's existence. Watch for the end of this clip, Boogie doesn't even care to convince anyone he's telling the truth, but Tommy and Wings still bend over backwards to make excuses for him.

Why would Boogie say the above quote to the creator if he truly had nothing to feel bad about or apologize for. If what he's saying is true and this truly was just a massively unlikely coincidence, then what does Steven feel as though he needs to "make right"?

There was a part in that episode too where Tommy doesn't believe that Boogie played football growing up, and Boogie almost breaks his chair shuffling out of it and minutes later comes back with photographic evidence that he did in fact play on a football team.

Thing is, when you look at Boogie getting called out on other more serious stuff like plagiarism or losing weight, he barely even offers to prove it. For the plagiarism claims he could show you his watch history or go to TW's channel and show he didn't watch it (instead choosing to guilt trip him with tweets he's getting). For the weight loss he could be showing pictures of his meals or him throwing out his unhealthy food (easy karma points for Boogie so why the fuck wouldn't he?). But he's done neither, even after his own fans doubt him. He claims to have lost 15 pounds in a couple of weeks, and yet Boogie, who loves to gloat about himself, doesn't show proof.

You'd think if he's telling the truth then he'd do exactly what he did with that football statement and prove himself right but he just doesn't do that. The only shred of 'proof' he's given is days later where he records his tiktok history (which gives himself enough time to delete parts of it if he needs to) to prove he didn't see any tiktok about the initial video. Instead of showing any physical proof he makes claims like "I don't use tiktok!" or "I didn't know who the guy was until yesterday!" so it's on everyone else to prove he's a fucking liar, and therefore he can just sit back and ultimately tell you you're wrong.

Like @Hotel in Minsk mentioned, why does he feel the need to take down his own work if he's so confident he's done nothing wrong?
