Boogie really got thumped. I don't think anyone who watched that fight thought that the ref's call was unfair. Disappointing, maybe, for those that wanted to see Boogie die in the ring tonight. But I don't think any of Boogie's post-match spin will get him anywhere. I think most of the regulars of this thread knew that if the match happened, Boogie would lose, and then he'd go through a specific line of prepared coping mechanisms. "I was a winner because I stepped in the ring in the first place". "I was once in a wheelchair, but today I didn't even get knocked off my feet". "I did it to inspire others to their dreams". Etc etc. I did not expect the referee blame but it's right up Boogie's alley if he continues to harp on that.
I'm not sure that anyone will take him up on future matches, but for sheer entertainment's sake, I secretly hope a bit that he does do another match. Boogie's generally a very boring cow to follow, he's only funny (to laugh at)when he's putting himself out there and getting humiliated. If he does get that second match, he'll definitely need to "punch down" though and face someone that is also a coward and doesn't know how to fight. It'd be a shitty fight, but also Boogie's only shot at not getting destroyed like he did here.
I also actually hope that Wings does some more fights too. I don't know which lolcow is going to want to fight a 400lb guy that can throw a punch, but Wings was a pretty good entertainer tonight. Maybe he was hopped up on the fact that he knew he was going to crush Boogie. But his star rose just a little bit in the world today. Good job, Wings.
