Looking at his reactions and how everything panned out, I am 100% certain Boogie tried to get Wings to play along. He was shown blowing up his phone often, and with what he did during the Hassle situation one can assume Boogie thought they could just pull a low effort kayfabe.

The joys of weight loss. I had a much less severe weight gain/loss (100kg>86kg@180cm) and I've got a tad bit of upper arm flub with stretch marks. In my case it's barely noticeable, but it's there, and I could probably fully compensate for it by getting some muscles. This is just nature of human skin, it's elastic enough to stretch, but not to shrink down.

And Boogie lost quite a bit of weight from his "prime", so it's understandable he has disgusting flubs like that. And that's only partial weight loss, imagine what he would look like if he reached healthy BMI.

It's feasible. The human body burns a lot of calories just to maintain basic functions. Being 400 pounds requires a huge daily calorie intake to maintain that weight which means if Boogie so much as ate slightly less he could easily lose 5 or 10+ pounds without exercise in a rather short time span.

Instead of pounding down a full box of twinkies a day he probably dropped it down to half a box a day.
