the begging video probably isn't generating revenue anymore so I'm willing to bet he was being dramatic and announcing its removal as a way to remind people that yes, he did ask for money, and yes, he still needs money, subtly hoping someone will pass along a crumb of a dollar his way.

Boogie isn't as shameless or dumb as he lets on. He's definitely a moron, but I think a lot of the time he makes things seem worse than they are or plays aloof so he doesn't have to reveal where his money has actually went (hookers, sugar babies, door dash multiple times a day, everyday). When he broke down his monthly expenses it was a very standard list of items. nothing regarding take out or paying sugar babies or only fans. He manipulates and does this a lot to cover what's actually going on which usually with him is way more embarrassing or pathetic than whats public.
He pretends he doesn't understand why begging is wrong in his position to avoid accountability, like everything in his life. In this way he's like a lying 9 year old. He's had this mentality for so long and it applies to almost everything with him.
I don't know why taking responsibility for your lot in life is so hard. You learn from it and better yourself yet for him he can't even slightly do it despite being almost 50. Always an excuse, never his fault. Another sign he has never been to therapy if we can all see through it, and a supposed therapist he's been "seeing" for decades still hasn't got to the root of his issues.
Like others have said he is also drugged out of his mind 24/7 which can sap your motivation and agency in important necessary parts of your life like maintaining your income and home. If he dropped the drugs and twitter I think that would be what he needs to start making content and money again, maybe get a roommate. He could still survive, but I doubt he would do any of that.
