it's funny because I haven't really kept up with boogie much since the frank hassle arc. sunny's recent video reeled me back in, so I'm missing a solid two years of additional context here, yet it's incredibly apparent he has not changed and is still just as predictable based on my familiarity from a few years ago. I'm not really surprised.

this video is just about what I'd expect as well. he spends the first half buttering himself up to garner sympathy and pity before diving into the controversial topic at hand. the classic, "feel bad for me before I explain why I'm a piece of shit" tactic.

while he does hit the nail on the head as to why his begging video was poorly received, it's so incredibly disingenuous. "I thought I was just trying to say I'd love to have your support because I'm back to making videos full-time!" no, you knew exactly what you were doing from the very beginning. of course it's not until after you've exhausted the video's potential and benefited financially where you'll come out and say, "now I understand why that was wrong of me! whoops haha sorry about that!"

it's pretty clear he creates his own controversies in an attempt to maintain relevancy and have content to clickbait with. he lacks any sort of creativity and talent to make worthwhile content, but he's great at being a fuck up and pretending like he learned a lesson.

I'm pretty sure that the big man has also claimed to have had skin cancer in the past. Not that it stopped him posting photos of him being ridiculously sunburned years later on his trips to theme parks. If there's one thing I know about skin cancer survivors it's that they allow themselves to be gratuitously sunburned.
