So the judge could conceivably get a wild hair up his ass and sentence him to the max, or to a guidelines sentence more likely, but I don't think this is likely. I think we're looking at the 2 year DA the prosecution is asking for.

That is very likely a standard plea form the court uses. Generally with these types of programs, you get an idea from the court if they're willing to grant it ahead of time so this isn't likely a gamble for Boogie.

That said, if he violates the terms of this agreement he could be sentenced to any number of sanctions, including prison if he is ever sentenced.

There might be another court date to officially place him in the deferred adjudication program in case probation needs to interview him and/or do an assessment. If that was already done, then today was likely the final day. As you stated we'll have to see what the docket looks like in a couple of days to know for sure

Let's even say all 250 people ordered a t-shirt. He said he gets $9 per shirt, so in this wishful scenario he would get $2250. That covers the fine and some Marco's but doesn't even make a dent in lawyers cost.
